Karina's Flowers

This is the ONLY place I'll b purchasing flowers from now on 4 local deliveries 2 my mom, friends, sympathy etc. After wasting accumul8ed thousands of dollars on flowers from other places, I've FINALLY discovered a place that is HONEST, Professional, Reliable, uses no gimmicks 2 get ur biz (sticker/check~out shock), & has QUALITY flowers & ensures ur recipient(s) actually GET what u PAID 4!! It is ATROCIOUS what some other so~called florist shops do, I used 2 work @ a florist & most of these places severely abuse their substitution policy which is supposed 2 put the same value/like flowers in place of what is no longer available, but most places r Guilty of the far substandard practice not 2 mention lack of service that includes replacing what u purchased w/ something less than equivalent 2 weeds w/ a bow on it... Cough~cough: FTD/Teleflora, Ava's & 1-800-Flowers! Shame on those outfits which were bad enough when they used 2 fill so~called arrangements w/ cheap fillers which gives them a much higher profit margin while RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS but now they're even Worse!! Ur recipient will get NOTHING like the represent8ion & if there r even any flowers @ all, they will b DEAD. Shame on those INSANELY EXPENSIVE oper8ions who think because ur recipient is in another city/st8 u won't find out. HELLO... every1 has cameras on their cell phones!! Enough venting about all my bad experiences w/ OTHER places & back 2 singing the PRAISES of Karina's. I used 2 order from Coronado Florist back in the day which is no longer in business, but how I discovered Karina's as they were now their #. I placed a fairly large order w/ them via their web~site 4 the family of my deceased childhood-high school sweetheart. I ordered 2 different arrangements, 1 was a handled picnic basket filled w/ an abundance of lavendar & white blooms such as roses, snapdragons, cremones, carnations, daisy poms & hypericum, accented with variegated pittosporum & paired w/ a celebr8ing Life Sympathy book. The other was an adorable 'medical mutt' arrangement part of our their signature a-DOG-able® litter, made of fresh white carnations, vibrant poms, solidago and waxflower made 2 look like a Doggie Howser surgeon (which was 2 perfect as the deceased was a vet in their former yrs, then l8r became a Dr of internal medicine). I also went w/ the hand-delivered comfort basket of Deluxe Fruit & Gourmet 4 Sympathy which included a vast array/ample assortment of orchard-fresh fruit and gourmet foods: apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, sausage, cheese, crackers, cookies & also arrived w/ a small hand-designed floral bouquet & I completed my order w/ a Large Butterfly Shaped Sparkles Mylar balloon. Shortly after placing my order I was contacted by the manager of the store who relayed they didn't have the sympathy book or the butterfly mylar but that he was going 2 keep me posted going around the valley 2 c if they could get it. They did manage2 find the butterfly mylar someplace but had no luck finding the sympathy book. He apologized & gave me several options: the book could b ordered & they would deliver it 4 free when it came in l8r, or he would put extras in the arrangements & gourmet basket. I went w/ the latter option as a book after the fact/other deliveries would strike me as feeling like an afterthought. I also told him that even though I didn't have the recipients current phone # that some1 should b home @ the time of delivery & 2 pls make sure it was given 2 the hands of any1 in the residence & not left outside 4 some1 2 steal &/or wilt. He assured me that he would & said they'd keep coming back if necessary till it was given directly. My recipients were so touched that even though we didn't have each other's #, they tracked down my mother 2 send a Thank U card 2 me including their # 2 call them & when I did, they went on & on about how Gorgeous & Tasty everything was & how much it meant 2 them. I've also sent arrangements 2 my mom 4 Mother's Day, her B~day etc & she always gushes, sending me pics of them bragging how Beautiful they r & how long they last & I personally Luv that they always look like what was presented/purchased!! Hope u guys get all the business that these other sorry excuses 4 florists lose. So THANK U KARINA'S FLOWERS 4 being so EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY POSSIBLE WAY & making me an EXTREMELY Appreci8ive LIFE~TIME customer!!! ;-)

I live in Miami and buy my mom flowers from here for her birthday every year. Such beautiful arrangements, fresh flowers and always amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

Did a maturity milk bath shoot and got my flowers here! The lady working was very helpful, would definitely recommend this shop.

Walked in a year ago looking for a sympathy bouquet. Saw nothing specific, owner recommended an arrangement and an additional flower to perk it up. Was nice visual and ordered. Delivered on time, all good. Price a little more than I expected but all went well. I plan to reorder here when the need comes.

BUYER BEWARE OF INTERNET ORDERSOrdered a gift from out of state on the website and was called at 12:15 pm to let me know they didn't have what I ordered online. The girl offered other items, however succulents are not substituted with flower or plants. When I explained I was disappointed there would be no gift for my daughter on her birthday, the girl became rude, telling me she was trying to offer solutions. She reiterated that she called as soon as she came in. I asked her to just give me a refund, and she rudely stated, that if I looked at my bank statement I would see they didn't charge me. I am more disappointed in the girls attitude than anything. She could care less that I trusted them to deliver a gift for a birthday, she was only concerned about what she was doing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....wish I would have read previous reviews, stating the same thing.

I loved the arrangement. Overall great experience. Over the phone they were friendly and professional, I was worried because of some reviews I had seen but not the case here. I've purchased twice already and plan to continue doing business here. Beautiful flowers that were in a very elegant presentation.

My employee got me some flowers from here once. Not a special occasion or anything but she knows how I like to have fresh arrangements in the office at all times and they were amazing! Very pretty to display.

If I could give this place MINUS stars If I could. Highly disappointed, I know they disclose that they might substitute some flowers that's a under statement. What ever pictures they have on their webpage is a fraud. The flowers are not close to what they advertise. Would never buy from this shop again. Terrible customer service they are just rude and have no people skills. You don't get what you pay for.
