I live in Arizona but needed to send Easter lilies to my in-laws in El Paso and found Karel's flowers and gifts.It was very easy to order the flowers on their website and when I called to check on the order, they were very lovely and accommodating over the phone.I will definitely be ordering from here again.

In desperate need of a corsage for my daughter for her dance I called around and Karel's was one of the closest florists to my house. The woman on the phone said they had corsages so I drove over. When I arrived they made me a rose corsage on the spot with the rose color of my choice. It was fast, beautiful and only $13. The ladies working were kind and chatted while I waited. My daughter was thrilled! Very pleased!

I have been buying flowers here for over 3 years. The owner Blanca is very attentive and always willing to adjust any request of mine. Valentines, Mother's Day are my favorite time to go because they give you excellent service.

I've been ordering flowers from this florist for years. She never disappoints. The arrangements are beautiful and the overall service is amazing. If you need flowers, this is the place to buy from.

I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on a Tuesday. I had to call the shop to be told they didn't have the order, even though they had already charged my credit card. The order was two and half dozen roses. They arrived on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday, some of the roses were starting to wilt. Will not order from this place again.

I called at 10:00 am to see about same-day delivery. I asked for a particular arrangement, and the woman that helped me was very professional, kind, and efficient. She sent me a picture of the flower arrangement before she delivered it and it was beyond my expectations. The arrangement was delivered by, 2:30 in the afternoon. I know it can't be easy to do that every day but today they did to it and I appreciate it. The pricing was good. The flowers were beautiful. The service was exceptional. The person that I sent it to was extremely pleased. I will definitely use Karel's Flowers again.

for Texas standers close to $100 spend you would think their flowers wouldn't have witheing flowers and have the same flowers advertised. On three diffrent occations I was told I would receive a refund it been 3 weeks. Iam guessing because I am out state and have a highter stander of doing bussiness. Texas bussiness practice are NOT the same as the rest of the coontry kAREL'S FLOWERS can't make it to the lowest rate even get rated..

I ordered a deluxe version of the "cotton candy" arrangment for Mothers Day. The arrangement that was delivered was tiny compared to the picture online. Didn't even look alike...They have a Substitution Policy I didn't see before I finished paying but was okay with it as long as the arrangment came close to the one I ordered. This is the policy listed in the confirmation after you pay: "In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered."I was really hoping for the best but was very disappointed. I paid $39 for the arrangment plus $7 delivery fee. The good thing is that my mother liked it and it was delivered on time.

I order flowers for Mother's Day and this place ruined everything they didn't deliver my mother the flowers arrangement I order ! Dont order from this flower shop worst business ever there's the picture of the flower arrangement I picked and there's the other ugly arrangement they delivered her !!!! NEVER AGAIN

Their website shows beautiful arrangements like the one I chose for my wife. Unfortunately the arrangements do not come close to how the photos look. If you are ordering from what you see on their website you will be totally disappointed when you see the actual arrangement. This is the first time I order from here but it will be my last. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
