Don't be fooled by the appearance, this place is a wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, and a great nights rest. The breakfast provided in the morning was also really good, a nice warm breakfast burrito to start the day. The security team in this inn (2 cats) are on top of everything and have us feeling so safe, not to mention the 24/7 front desk service was top notch. shout out to this inn

I really enjoyed this no-frills but still comfortable stay. The room was very clean, equipped with more than enough towels, some toiletries, a fridge, drawers+closet, TV, & microwave. It was just what I needed for visiting CCNP & GMNP. Bonus was one of the owners providing me an electric tea kettle, french press, & starbucks ground coffee. Check-in & parking to unload my things was easy. I would not hesitate to stay again for future trips!

We were road-tripping to Carlsbad Caverns NP and just needed a place to sleep for the night. We found this place, and it turned out to be wonderful! Small little Inn that you might not notice when you drive by, but it fit our needs perfectly. Despite the rooms being a little smaller, there was a decent size bed that was super comfortable and a good-size shower. Parking was super simple and will be pretty close to your room, and they were super accommodating as our arrival time was later in the day. When we went to check out in the morning, they sent us on our way with breakfast burritos that were some of the best we've had in a long time. They were a great start to our day as we made the short drive over to Carlsbad Caverns. This was a great place to stay, and highly recommend it.

Checkin was quick and easy, the lady helping us was very kind. They offer breakfast but we brought enough food so we did not have the opportunity to try it although other reviews say it is good. We stayed for 3 nights in order to hike at Guadalupe as well as Carlsbad caverns and this was the perfect place to stay for that. The location and price perfectly reflect everything needed for a mini trip. You're about 45 minutes away from Guadalupe, 15 minutes from Carlsbad caverns, and 15-20 away from the nearest Walmart. Would definitely recommend this place to any couple staying here. Any more than 2 people to a room would be very tight.

Very clean extremely small very noisy with oil worker truck noise at 4am. The breakfast was a Joke and the coffee was terrible. If it wasn't so clean I would have tried to get my money back. The lady at the office was very nice. Theses rooms are trailer man camps for oil workers it looked interesting online but I would not recommend it unless there was nothing else in town. Best part is it is close to Carlsbad Caverns which are a must see!!!!!

We found this interesting inn that looked like a converted container motel that we wanted to try for 69 a night near Carlsbad Caverns. Whomever built it maximized a tiny space. It was clean. Good shower with good water pressure and instant hot water. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning was slightly noisy as it was next to the bed but to be expected with the space. The black out shade was perfect to get a good nights sleep. The people who owned/ran the place were very pleasant and welcomed us upon arrival. Every morning there were these yummy homemade breakfast burritos with eggs, bacon, potatoes and salsa. We wanted an inexpensive crash pad but got so much more! If you aren't afraid of a little adventure, I recommend it.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Carlsbad close to caves only 3 miles from Walmart and other restaurants. Stay here if you like clean room and need a comfortable sleep while paying three times less than other hotels within the vicinity.

It is a small room but all I need is a good , clean bed, an heater/AC that works, and clean bathroom and the Karbani Inn has it. Don't be put off by the outside look of the place. The inside is well done and well kept up. The inn is quiet and the manager is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. His wife makes a very respectable home made breakfast burrito. Big improvement over the strange egg like substance that the chain hotels are serving.

My husband & I stayed here for 1 night. The price was relatively inexpensive but thought we'd give it a try since it was 1 night. We thought it was a good value & would stay here again. I was a little concerned because I didn't know if there would be a lot of temp workers staying here. But it was very quiet. I can't say enough good things about the owner that checked us in & out. Although the room was small it was laid out very efficiently. We had 2 carry-on suitcases, camera, overnight & computer bags, & several grocery bags. We were able to fit everything into the space. The shower was clean & the water pressure was good. We had to split a breakfast burrito in the morning. They had yogurt, juice & a couple of other things I think. It was very convenient to Carlsbad Caverns.

At first sight we weren't too sure about this, as it's in an industrial area. But it's actually been very nice. The staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are tiny- like on a cruise ship - but they were very cozy and clean. The breakfast was a hot burrito, yogurt, assorted snacks to go. We would stay here again.
