I came to these guys because I saw a lot of good reviews and even with bad reviews the owner or someone who worked there responded. Not in a negative way but in a "I'll do what it takes to make it right" kind of way. I'm not a car guy, but I do appreciate the service and the respect. The price did seem a little high for the work but it was fast and a great experience. Most auto body shops I feel like they are being sneaky about something. I didn't get that feeling here. I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on for sure.

I was in Big Bend National Park when my Mercedes Sprinter van had its engine light come on. We were heading north and the closest Mercedes dealer was in El Paso. We tried to make an appointment with the dealer, and they were not only unhelpful, they couldn't even schedule us until 3 weeks later. In comes Just Fix It Auto Repair. They said they could at a minimum diagnose the issue, even on short notice. When we came in, they immediately took the time to check out the problem. They provided us with a full report and even brought us into the garage to look under the hood. They were friendly and helpful. Now we know what needs to be fixed, and we have assurance that we can get to our next destination. Mercedes could learn a thing or two about customer service from this repair shop. I was recommended to go to this place. We brought In our vehicle to check a leak and wounded up paying 103$ for a diagnostic. My husband filled out a paper stating he wanted to have them check certain things. So I'm assuming that's why they Charged us but was never told the amount it would be. They also told us that you pay that when you decide not to get the work done there. I don't mind paying a fee but they could at least given me the diagnostic paperwork showing everything they checked and the results. All they gave me was a damn paper showing the charge and that the car had a water pump leak that's all!!!! I asked one of the guys in charge there and he just pointed to what they wrote so I asked him if I could have the paper work for the diagnostic info and said that was it. Then walked away while I was trying yo explain why that was not all the info I needed since they charged 109$. All he said was thank you and left. Never going back there again!!!!!

How can this be? We trusted this business. They worked on our Chrysler and great job, they worked on our Ford truck and what happened? They were fixing to install a new motor which they did but 2 yrs. later we have a broken motor again? The bill came out to over $22,000. and that was expensive. We never imagined that would happen if we bought a new motor! The sad part was before the truck broke down again,we took our Audi to get fixed for a broken piston.9 months later the Audi was in the shop again in the state of California where we got stranded! How can 2 vehicles get worked on for the same things yet none were fixed! Another 4,000.00 was spend for nothing!Now we don't have our vehicles plus we have a bill to pay! INJUSTICE!

I own a H1 Hummer and have usually had to take it to Bravo Cadillac to get repaired. Bravo would take forever (up to a week) and charge very high. I found this great place to take it at Just Fix It. They almost always have it done in one day and are extremely economical.I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.
