I've attempted to get ahold of someone from Jonsil for weeks to repair a ring I purchased from them over 20 years ago; every telephone number I have tried will not connect. They don't have a website. How do you have a consumer company and not have a way for people to get in contact with you?

I bought my first ring in 1987 for $90.00. It was a Military Class Ring for the Coast Guard Chiefs Academy Class IX. 30 years later I could no longer get the ring on my finger. So I called and asked if it was possible to get the ring resized. They said send it to us so I did on 4/29/18. Well I finally heard from them after I made repeated calls to their office. They had to remake a new ring. They also said they would keep the old ring. When I finally got the new ring 7/29 ($129.00) it fit very well. But the date on the side now says 1907 instead of 1987. Also the use to be a IX around the anchor to show Class 9 but now that is missing. I called and they said oh send it back and we will fix it. Needless to say I was not happy, the old ring is gone and I paid for a new ring that is not right. I am not sending it back, no telling what would happen next. I recommend you try someone else if you need a ring.

In 2018-2019 when we walked in the front door Mrs. Margaret started providing top -notch customer service. She was very knowledgeable and ensured we understood the proces of selecting a once in lifetime ring. She further ensured we remained aware of the promised delivery timeline. Following my departure to next duty station, I decided to change my ring face plate, as well required an adjustment of diamonds and with no hesitation Margaret yet again provided superb customer service, in which I mailed ring to store and received it back as requested. It is unfortunate that the store shut-down.

I ordered my fully customized SGM Academy class ring in 2012. Initial order was both silver/gold. Went to pick up and didn't like the look. They made changes for me at no charge to mail home. Got it 3weeks later and didn't like side image of crossed pistols as incorrect. Spoke with David and sent back ring to get it a few weeks later, ring looking perfect and satisfied with their customer service. Since product is made locally, I am currently working with Jonsils to create custom fraternity ring.

I ordered my ring in August 2019 and paid around $350 for a gold ladies version. It took around 10 weeks for it to arrive which is pretty long but I was patient. To my dismay, there were some errors with it. There was an entire chunk of gold missing and the oval part on top seemed to be off-center. I sent it back with the discrepancies noted in detail. FedEx just dropped it off at my door (approx 3 weeks later) and while they centered the oval, the gold is still missing. Looks like someone just colored in the area darker to make it look 'better.' There was no letter in the box aplogizing. It was just stuffed inside a small manila envelope vs. the velvet box it came in. Additionally, my address on the box was egregiously misspelt despite me TYPING it, along with my phone number, in a letter. How it got to me I have no idea. I sadly expected better customer service and attention to detail. I do not recommend.
