I was sitting at the dentist when this commercial came on for Johnson Jewelers. Since I was looking for something for myself online I decided to check out the place since we were on the west side. I'm am so glad we did! As soon as we walked in Luann greeted us right away, offered refreshments with JJ koozies and a comfy spot to sit for my boys. She asked us if we were looking for something in particular and then directed us with the layout of the store. Seeing the jewelry I had on, she suggested the Shy Creation case first because the pieces seemed to match what I had on. I am a sucker for good customer service and I love it when someone actually listens and pays attention even if we aren't sure what we want. She said she would let us take a look around, not hover and when we saw something to just point and she'd have her associate Virginia take over to help, since the store was quite busy that day. Needless to say I found the most perfect, dainty ring I was looking for with diamonds in a rose gold setting. The price was a bonus as was the extended warranty it came with. They even cleaned my wedding rings that I bought from somewhere else and made them look brand new! Service with a smile and more. We are more than happy customers!

My husband has been getting my jewelry here for years. They have always done fun promotions, for regular customers like discount nights with raffles and giveaways.We actual won a beautiful diamond necklace one time.They have custom jewelry that you will not find everywhere like Levain, Pandora, and many others. There are some cute and fun jewelry choices under a $100.00. They are a fine jeweler! Today we saw a 4k diamond that was ridiculously big compared to mine. But it cost as much as a house. This gives you idea of the range of items they carry.Anyways, today we went in to repair one of my rings. I am super rough with my jewelry because I wear it all the time and not just for special occasions. One of my bracelets that my husband gave me 13 years ago I wear all the time, shower, bed, gardening you name it. I only take it off when I want to wear a big clankly bracelet. I have had to repair it once. It has been tugged and pulled quite a bit over the 13 years.My ring today was still under warranty and will be fixed for free.When you go in you are greeted by friendly people that will call you to set up appts for bdays, and anniversaries. This has worked as my husband has gone in on many of those occasions. They also have layaway which is really helpful.

Locally owned and exceptional customer service is how I will describe this place.I purchased my wife's engagement ring as well as our wedding bands in here and it was the best decision I could have ever taken. First of all, the moment I came in here for the first time I felt very welcomed. All the sales reps were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that I should know about rings. It took me about three weeks and coming in and out to choose a ring and Johnsons made sure that I got what I wanted. Johnsons was calling me every week to give me the status of my ring until it was delivered to the store.One thing to note is that in chain stores (like the ones in the malls) they tell you the rings have life warranty and they adjust and clean for free, however, you are paying this "premium" service when you buy the ring. Rings in the mall shops are super expensive, however the diamonds are not the best.I was able to purchase an amazing ring with great quality diamonds at a cheaper price than in the mall.. Another thing to notice is that johnsons has a jeweler on site, which means faster service. Other chain jewelers need to send your rings out of town...All in all I love this place and I look forward to coming back here to purchase all my special occasion gifts

The nicest people ever! I smashed my engagement ring in our pantry door and it was pretty beat up, I even lost a diamond. They fixed it for much less than I was preparing for, and seriously were the sweetest people to do business with! Definitely recommend for all jewelry needs!

I'm surprised there aren't any reviews of this place. I came here on a not so busy weekday to check out Pandora jewelry after a salon appointment. I wasn't greeted at all, and waited for over 10 minutes to be helped. I asked for help and a lady who looked to be counting receipts said someone would be right with me. There was one other person in the store who was finishing up a transaction so I played on my phone since I knew what I wanted. I was totally baffled when another customer walked in after me and was greeted and served when I was completely ignored. Maybe I just had on an invisibility cloak that day, or maybe I just didn't look like I was prepared to spend money. I was upset so I left and went all the way to the east side to the Pandora store where I was greeted and served immediately and bought my mom a lovely gift for her birthday and for Mother's Day.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Johnson Jewelers and always raved about their service, so naturally another trip was going to come along in the our future. We recently went in to purchase our wedding bands, and Alice was AMAZING! She helped us pick out the perfect band, while understanding our budget and our likes. She was very professional, but also very friendly and laughed with us as we struggled to come to an agreement. It is very important to us to shop local, and this store should be on the top of your list when it comes to shopping for jewelry. Top of the line customer service, no pressure, and reasonable pricing. We will be back!
