I was looking to have a custom engagement ring put together, and went to multiple places looking for someone that I felt I could trust to get such an important job done. Everyone talked a good game at first, but I found little follow through from anyone (including local jewelers, as well as the "name you know" chains)... Only one truly showed up for the big game - Jewel Gallery! Alejandra was amazing, looking for what was ultimately an almost impossible request for one of the stones, but knowing I was on a timetable, she pushed through insane winter storms, lack of inventory nationwide, and an almost "unreasonable" request on my end, and made it happen! She kept me in the loop every step of the way. Linda (one of the owners) stepped in personally when needed to make sure I got what I needed, when I needed it, and was always so excited to be a part of making this momentous occasion as special as possible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I couldn't ask for anything more!Come to find out, they have done a tremendous amount of work for my mother on some very old and complicated jewelry to some new items she got from them... In fact, I think my mother's exact words were. "You would have been an idiot if you had gone anywhere else!" Well, without a doubt,she was right! Thank you Jewel Gallery, especially Alejandra and Linda! You made one of the most special days of my life even better and easier... Oh, and she said "YES!"

I had been looking at engagement rings for a good while. Recently Lisa text me from their Office Phone, and I went to check out some rings. The staff was very attentive and offered me water, they didn't pressure me either. I thought Lisa did a great job of helping and helped me get what I was looking for. I would go back here again.

This store has beautiful jewelry, things you wouldnt see in El Paso. However the staff/owner are awful. The main sales person I believe is the owner is rude and talks down to her customers. While there I guess one of her "regulars/big spenders" stopped by and I was completely ignored and I could no longer get help while I searched for an engagement ring. It was disgusting how the whole staffed dropped what they were doing to serve this client, who by the way didn't purchase anything. We may not all be educated in the highly prestigious "gemologist" field but that gives no reason to treat customers so poorly. I'd rather go to a cookie cutter jewelry store in the mall.

Dishonest and low quality repairs, designs are horrible. I bought a pricey diamond and had them design and redo my engagement ring. It came back looking like a piece of junk. After less than a week, the stone was loose. Do not even walk in. I had heard stories from others after I was royally ripped off. I wish others had posted before and I am now hoping my review will WARN people to run screaming.The ring is now in the hands of professionals(not Susan Eisen as she once lost my husband's watch),And being totally reset.Don't fall for their song and dance.

Said my earring would be repaired by next day, no one bothered to call or anything. Not sure Id recommend for someone looking into jewelry repair.

the girls Lisa Celina and Melissa All three worked together to fix a pair of old earrings that I love so much and they came up with a couple of options to fix them and I was so happy with the result I love them so much they really care about helping the customers! Amazing jewelry store just the best!
