Jerusalem International Foods

This is really a fantastic Muslim and international food bazaar. It is Family-owned and a great destination for specialty and international foods, plus in-house butchering. the service is first class. Love their hummus, babaganoush and specialty oils.

Truth be told, I wasn't entirely aware of what kinds of groceries and foods to expect in here. But the few things I did find, I was very impressed with!I was immediately greeted by the staff who were also very helpful with my questions. I tried to find some yogurt dips which didn't really seem to be a product they offered. I also asked about pickled beets which was also not quite an item they had. But a very nice man who I assumed was the manager or owner was very helpful to point out what they did have that was similar, such as pickled radishes and yogurt drinks. I wasn't very interested in either but then he pointed out a container of his freshly made hummus and I was sold lol.I also saw some of this delicious tea I used to drink with my Arabian best friend whenever I was over at her house way back when. That was nostalgia vibez and a half! I didn't need the tea but definitely next time around I will come back here for that! And some very affordable, fresh hummus!
