MUST STOP & EAT!!!Delicious food, great service, retro diner vibe, generous portions, and reasonably priced.We have been visiting Safford once a year or so since 2013 - JERRY'S is our must go every-time.

This was a serious nostalgia fix. Jerry's used to be a large southwest chain of 50 restaurants. Now they're down to one in AZ, one in NV, one in OK, and that's all she wrote. I hadn't seen one in years, so we stopped in. At first they turned us away because they were having intermittent power outages, but then invited us back in while we were researching other alternatives.Generous portions. My Western bacon burger was a tad dry, but tasty. DW's Philly cheesesteak was "ooey and gooey and messy and good!" (It was so large, I got to consume the back half the next day, and I agree.) The waitress was a bit distracted, but the service was adequate. And the 1990s prices were appreciated, too!I was glad to be able to eat again at this chain I used to enjoy decades ago.

We had over a forty minute wait for food and service was bad and slow. The fish and chips was horrible, the fish was different than some of the fish and tasted bad. The Ambiance was nice and old timey.

We stopped in to enjoy some breakfast. We were quickly pointed over to a small booth for the two of us. Steven was quick to get us setup with drinks and had menus in our hands before we knew it. The place is decorated in the old style decor of a diner and it fits that bill very well. The coffee cup never went empty and the food was hot, tasty, and good sized proportions. Not overly complex or imaginative flavors, just good food. While we wouldn't go out of our way to go back, we would still stop in again.

This place certainly gives big portions for breakfast and the staff was friendly. In our opinion, the food was so-so. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast. The meat was breaded nicely, but the steak had chunks of gristle in it. Eggs over-medium were good, sourdough toast was good, gravy was creamy. I asked for crispy hash browns, but these bordered on burnt. Coffee was good and they kept my cup full. My husband had the Hungry Traveler breakfast, which was tons of food. He enjoyed it all, except for commenting that the sausage patties were a little dry. Overall, good for the price, just not top quality food.

Food is great and the service is incredible. Definitely coming back again on my next road trip.

First time visiting this restaurant. It's always busy which is a bit confusing as the food wasn't that great. The prices are very fair for their dishes. Pros: the server was nice and attentiveCons: - the pancakes had an overpowering egg taste- the eggs weren't good- the coffee did not taste good- the place needs a SERIOUS deep cleaningThe first thing I noticed when we sat down were the vents on the ceiling. All of them were black with dust. The window sills need to be wiped down. While washing my hands in the ladies bathroom there was a plunger next to the trash can and that plunger needs to be thrown out, disgusting. If the front of house looks like this I cannot imagine what back of house looks like.

It is so wonderful to see the staff is still there to meet the customer's needs. Our waitress was so attentive and pleasant! Thank you Jerry for carrying on the tradition of great service!

The waitresses were nice. The atmosphere was friendly. But I would not come back here again. The place was filthy, there was food and crap stuck to the window shade. There was something floating in the glasses of water. The eggs were overcooked and tasted awful. My burger and fries were okay. This place needs to clean up if they ever want returning customers.

I love there Denver omelet so good .. The mornings they are busy but they get your food out fast.. Everyone is friendly .Everything you want from a diner. I also recommend there 66 burger go with an appetite..
