Stay away -- this place is a scam. Not only did they not fix the issue with my car, they created more problems with it, so I need to take it for further repairs elsewhere. The owner (who runs the front desk) is unbelievably rude, obstinate, and completely uninterested in meeting customers' needs. He withheld information from me, hid his mechanic so I could not ask questions about what he observed about my vehicle's problem, and treated me horribly. Do NOT come here. Save yourself the trouble, as I wish I had.

I had my car towed to this shop two weeks ago, it wouldn't stay started. Since I recently just purchased it I had all new parts replaced like the coil packs, spark plug fuel pump, mass air flow sensor just to name a few things. I didn't want to have any problems on the road. I had the key checked to see if it lost it's connection and it was okay so the problem was simple. Early the next morning he called and said that my car was ready. He said that it would cost get this $469.00 I asked what was the problem never got an answer. Never got a write up. I asked how long was the warranty he said two years. I asked if he gave a military discount he said on parts he never replaced anything so what is warranting? I will never take my vehicle back there or ever send someone there. Also I got my car back with some bogus mass airflow light on and the part had been replaced one day prior and didn't have that light. I was told to purchase that part from Orileys. for $75.00 more. They should not be in business they are cons and liars. They charge according to how they feel. They are about as useful as a pimple on an elephant's ass.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could this place tried to rip me off. I understand mark up buThe wanted to charge me 100 more for a part then what MOPAR was charging and another 130 charge for a programming fee on a part that doesn't require programming (window module) and come to find out after talking to mopar the part number/ part doesn't go in my car based off the vin number Update took it to another shop and it turns out all I had was a bad ground wire. Jerry's is either really corrupt or incompetent

Do not take your car here. They are rude and crooked, not upfront or honest. Called for quote. No mention of fee to look at problem. No mention of fee when car was brought in. Fee charged even after they couldn't fix problem. Side note, don't use bathroom, no soap or running water. Take your car to Show n Go. Jerry should not have let his son Ben take over business.

After only a couple of visits to this shop (one for a TSI, the other to replace a fuel pump), I feel like I'm treated like family.Being a mechanic myself, I'm pretty picky when it comes to taking my vehicles in for service. I can without reservation say that Jerry's is among the best. They go above and beyond, and maintain excellent communication with their customers. They have my highest recommendation.

Obviously and I can't understand why no one has rated them since 2013. To start off I went in for a quote because this place was recommended from a well known oil change chain. The part cost $300 and labor was $88. I decided to go and order the part myself and guess what?! They jack up the price for labor to $120 and when asked why because I bought in my own part and no guarantee like the big poster they display on the window. Just be aware they have the sign inside the shop for pricing labor by hours is obviously false advertisement. While waiting for my part being ordered, i had my cousin had his car done and they charged him over $2,100. It's funny how I just hook you guys up with a big job and in return telling me that my car service is not guarantee. If you put in the part right and it's a brand new part packaging, nothing should go wrong. By the way it took like10 mins tops and they charged me $120.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and its workers. Thank you Jerrys auto for all you have done for my cars over the past few years. I have 3 vehicles and they service them with wisdom and knowledge. I see the haters that respond with petty remarks and I can also see that most of them have not taken into account they personally have not taken care of their vehecles. Thank sagain guys.

My mom has been a customer for over 15 years and bought a used car from Ben for her grandson. As soon as she drove it away, the check engine light came on. He said to drive it for the weekend and bring it back after the weekend if it still was on because "he knew a guy" that could pass the car. Should have been a big red flag! The light stayed on and it was shaking and sputtering so she brought it back, expecting her $2,000 back. She's been a loyal customer for many years but he gave her the run around. Said he'd have her money in a few days....well I guess Ben has no conscience about ripping off senior, widowed ladies! How he sleeps at night is beyond me. They have always done good work but beware! If this guy has no qualms about screwing over long standing customers, something is very wrong! I'm sure he wouldn't have been such a snake with my recently deceased stepdad but to take advantage of my mom is disgusting. I will be going to the news and filing a deceptive business complaint with the city.

I have been going to Jerry's for years, since they were at the corner of Dyer and Diana. I have always received the best in service and pricing. If I need a ride home, they've provided it when possible. I need a power steering pump, and, guess where I'm having it done. Yep! Jerry's.
