I was in need of some photo backgrounds and a few camera accessories and the owner was able to get those for me. She also ordered a few different backgrounds for me too and held them until I had the funds to buy them all. Very nice with a very old shop. If you need it in a hurry Jerry Reeds just might have it. Remember it may cost a little bit more but at least you know you will get it today.

Super knowledgeable, super helpful and she took time and shared her knowledge and honest opinions, I enjoyed her personal touch and I'm glad old school camera shops are still around.

I don't live nearby but when I'm down in EP, I like to swing by and grab a box or two of film. They're always incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it spot which looks like its been there for decades, which adds a nice charm. As far as options go, it's the best you could hope for without resorting to online.Thanks for your craft and I'll swing by soon!

My brother was visiting from NYC and he's a filmmaker so we decided to check out Jerry Reed's. I was impressed at the selection of cameras and equipment they had. I was able to pick up a blur lens for my Canon EOS Mark II and my brother found a vintage camera that he purchased. Customer service was impeccable. Ms Luz is so very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products; she was very patient with us because my brother asks a lot of questions and she was very sweet. She also gave me some tips on how to use my camera and educated me on things I didn't know. Highly recommended this store if you're in the El Paso area or if you're passing through and want to check out a neat camera store.

Great customer service. Had to look up model for what I needed and found everything in a short time. The Lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. You could tell she loved her job

Went in to pick up some 120 film and hopefully get our cameras cleaned. The refrigerator where they kept the film was 90% full of there own old food. This seemed odd and like a turn off, but wasn't the end of the world. They only had maybe 10 rolls total. Again, not a great sign. Turns out half of it was expired and offered to us at a "half off sale" price of slightly hire than msrp. Ended up getting charged twice msrp for the rest of it. I guess beggars can't be choosers, and it was the only camera store I could find in West Texas: again, this wouldn't have been the nail in the coffin for me, but when we asked the woman working there if we could pay for her to blow off the dust from our camera sensors in a shop that didn't offer much else aside from repairs and a small amount of old stock she looked like we had just asked her to clean a portable toilet by hand. Said vehemently no, and tried to sell us cheap rubber blowers in a store bought gallon ziplock bag. I know I wasn't in a camera store in a huge city, but the way we were treated and ignoring that we could get better product for half or a third the price online rubbed me the wrong way. Charge a lot if you have to, but at least make up for it with your customer service, no?
