Nice ambiance, everyone is professional, lively and friendly! First time here, diabetic...were easy on my feet....though I'm ticklish not packed, there's a tv...light banter between employees and customers.I felt cared for and afterwards my feet and legs felt very good. And That's really what matters!!

I went to Jenni's as a walk-in after horrible treatment from another salon down the street. The minute I entered Jenni's, I was greeted with kindness by the owner. Then, Genie completed my pedicure and had me laughing and enjoying the company throughout my time there. The pedicure was lovely and the space was nice and well kept. There are tons of nail colors and designs/upgrades to choose from. My feet haven't felt this pampered in a long time!

Love Jenni Nails & Spa! Everyone is super friendly and willing to do your nails the way you want them. Jenni always goes above and beyond. Don't ever have complaints, the shaping, the colors, the designs the price. Love!

If you're coming here to get a Gel X nails set be prepared for your nails to fall off within a few days. I've had gel x done before elsewhere and they've lasted 3+ weeks. This location was just convenient for me because it was the only one in my area that offered this service. I went 2 days after I got them done to replace 1 nail. a few days later they just kept falling off like press ons. I had to get them fixed at another nail salon because I refuse to go back here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took $120 from me and did not do any services. This place is full of scammers and rude employees. The place is ran down and dirty and they are liars. Also all of the photos on their website are not their work.

Jenni Nails & Spa is a highly unprofessional and poorly run business. They do not value their customer's time.The first time I came here, I made an appointment a week in advance. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time and had to wait 40 minutes. Someone else that was a walk-in even started before me..However, the nail tech was friendly, so I decided to give them a second try, thinking that maybe it was a fluke. So I made an appointment with that specific nail tech about a week in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, the nail salon was packed, and several people were waiting. They said that the nail tech with whom I had made an appointment wasn't working that day. I drove 20 minutes there for them to tell me they had canceled my appointment. No phone call, no communication about this. All they said was "my bad". They didn't even offer to get me in at my appointment time but instead suggested that I could wait. Very unprofessional.I will not be wasting my time with this salon.

Worst pedicure I ever received. Rude service by one female employee. The owners are nice but careful who you get.

I love Jenni's place! She and her staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and the work they do is amazing! Jenni always knows how to make my crazy ideas come to life in the best ways- she's very knowledgeable. Another bonus are the great prices! I definitely recommend this salon!!

Will not return here for services! Rude employees and poor quality work My gel nails were done one week ago and they're chipped, you can see through the polish ... I asked for a touch up and she said we don't do that. It's my fault I must be using my hands too much working. I said I don't work with my hands and the place I normally go to the gel polish holds up well and doesn't chip or fade Very rude employees
