I can only hope that others have a better experience than us. This was not our first time at El Paso Jaguar, but we sure hope it's our last. We needed service on a decorative piece that had come loose. At first stated it would take 30 min then it ended up being the next day. We were leaving El Paso that 2nd day, so the car stayed a week. We were just slightly put out but rolling with it. However, we then couldn't get anyone to call us back after several attempts the 4 days leading up to our return and finally the service director responded when I wanted to sit on hold that he would have it ready on our arrival, but that it still wasn't ready yet that morning of our return. We finally get to the dealership after traveling all day and get to the car, and the service work that was completed is all messed up. It's like the new piece was melted or something. And they were just sending us home like that. The service director didn't come out to look at it. We won't be back and when we told them. They said, "ok". Wouldn't that have been a good time to offer anything to make it right? So frustrated, ignored, to disappointed and our impression driving away is that no one in that service department cared either way. Caution if you need work done. We'll drive hours to Albq or Tuscon before taking it to El Paso.

What a class A establishment! I got my dream car. The General Manager Johnny Pattison helped us so much by getting me the car of my dreams, the payment I wanted & a good trade-in value. He was so patient with me & explained everything. Rudy, helped explain the car to me & was so professional & knowledgeable. Jeff, the Finance & Business manager was thorough & pleasant explaining all the paperwork with me. Vanessa, she is a angel. She came to my house to explain all the features my car has & how they work. This is a Top Notch team. Never felt pressured. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. So Happy!

Bought a new Jaguar F-Pace in March 2023. It turned out to be a lemon. The brakes stopped working, the brake lights and then turn signals stopped working. We took the vehicle immediately back to Jaguar to get serviced and they kept saying it worked. We took it back 4 times for the same issues because when we drove it everything continued to fail and brake failed to engage. Fast forward to now in August 2023. They have had our vehicle for 3 months without giving us answers and we continue to have to pay for a vehicle that we haven't had and haven't been able to drive. Frank the service manager said we could use him as punching bag but he fails to see the real issue at hand which is the vehicle safety. Now they're supposed to buy back the vehicle but we continue to wait and wait for 3 months now for a result or resolution. Consumer service was also informed but yet still no resolution. To the owner Mr. Garcia I would like a call back since you also fail to answer and return our phone calls. You have failed as a dealership and you have failed as a company. Worst experience we have ever had buying new vehicles.

Worst Place to go for car service and unprofessional when answering the phone It is like they hire people with rubbish background. I called the other day and the intial answer was just "HI" How about? Hello, Good Afternoon thank you for calling Jaguar of El Paso How may I help you today? That is actually what I told her and that is the proper way to answer at a workplace. I tried calling every department with no answer, except for the sales department ofcourse and had to leave a message for service but haven't gotten a call back! Probably, I will get a reply from this review something like sorry sir, for the inconvenience and leave a phone number to call but I don't need that.. Just talk to your poorly trained staff, It is a shame to see that from Jaguar smh... I should have bought a Porsche instead.

I went to actually buy a jaguar xe today i asked to see it and take a test drive the saleslady said hat she needed to take some information, i said before i give you any info i want to see it first she said i can open the car but if you dont give me the info that im requesting we cant go on a test drive. They pre judge me treated me unfairly so i left, the wordt part was that the manager didn't even care the place was empty i wonder why but any way thank god that gave me the opportunity to buy a BMW 535 happy for me. Wont recommend or endorse this place the owner should look into this
