J/BREAK liquor store

It's little but still a great store. They have a little of everything in there. Good selection. Fair prices. Very convenient. Staff is super super friendly! You may think they're prices are a lil high but that same goes for Everywhere in Van Horn! It has to do with shipping costs to this part of Texas. Even Amazon takes 1-2 more days to get packages shipped here..Ugh it sucks..!Anyway if you're passing through the Horn...this is the only liquor store in town and it located right next to the Dollar General & Red Roof Inn.

Great little store. I stop in every time I pass through Van Horn. Super friendly and helpful staff. Could use a few more bourbons but they always have something to scratch that itch.

Great little liquor store and the "Only One" in town .. I paid $25.99 for a bottle of Wild Turkey American Honey that is $17 at Spec's. The owner said their prices are high because of the way it's shipped so that jacks up the price. The company that owns this place is based out of San Antonio. The liquor cannot be dropped off directly at this location when it's shipped from San Antonio, but it has to go to El Paso first to the distribution center, then it's shipped back to Van Horn which jacks up the price. Ironically, the delivery truck drives past Van Horn to get to El Paso, "Bureaucratic BS" if you ask me. Anyways, the owner was very nice and she even through in a shot glass and wrapped the bottle with a protective netting. She did tell me that there's only one liquor store in Fort Stockton where we were headed, but that there prices are higher as they are further from El Paso by one hundred miles than her location. That's good info for those who are traveling and want a night cap.

Knowledgeable staff which I assume is the owner. She's kind and points you to the product that is worth the buck. A little over the average price compared to a big city but as the other yelper found out, its due to shipping.g logistics. Good place to find some of the hard-to-find liquor.

Looking For A Specific Wine, Hope To See It at The Tasting in Houston. Excellent Shop.

For being kinda in the middle nowhere, i found their selection satisfying. Try the pickle beers!

Little place but a pretty good selection for liquor n plus easy to get in n out with a 18 wheeler I definitely rate this place a 5 star
