iPhone Repair

Great! Totally didn't expect the repairs for the money. My entire iPhone screen was cracked and paid 40$. Only took an hour for the replacement. Crazy Thanks!

Excellent service and the cost for the repairs were phenomenal, less than$50 for a cracked screen repair. The owner took my phone right away, and I walked out in under an hour with my phone back to its original state! Will definitely recommend for anyone needing repairs.

My phone screen broke & i needed my screen fixed ASAP. I went in, told them my situation and my phone was fixed in about 20 minutes.

The best place to go, the man is a phone wizard. Wonderful customer service and theirs warranty n screens. It definitely has the Ari Gold standard.

I'm so happy with this place! (BTW: I think it's called "Cracked" now.)My story: I was in town last December when the charging port on my cell phone broke. I didn't know where to go, so I called around, and eventually got ahold of Victor. He told me to drop my phone off the next day. To be honest, I was a little worried at first, because it was kind of hard to get ahold of him, and it didn't seem like a big business with a bunch of employees. I wasn't sure what I was getting into, and was a bit scared that I might be dealing with some kind of fly-by-night place, but my options were limited, so I moved forward anyway.When I went back to pick up my phone later that day, Victor wasn't there. Rather, he had someone watching his store that accidentally overcharged me for the work. That made me nervous because my original impression was already a little shaky, and I was concerned that the amount overcharged was never going to be refunded. (I've heard of that happening with shady small businesses.) However, Victor jumped on it right away and refunded the difference within the hour.Fast forward one month: I'm back in my hometown when I started noticing that the charging port was getting a little wonky. Calls were going in and out on my car's Apple Play, and I had to wrap the charging cables all sorts of crazy directions to get a single charge out of it. Once again, my paranoia set in, and I thought I had gone to the wrong person. It took me a couple weeks to build up my courage to call and let him know what was going on. (I was embarrassed because I was out of town, and wasn't due to be back in EP for another month.) However, Victor assured me that I could being it back in and he would take care of it.Unfortunately, my return to EP was greatly delayed, and I didn't get back until JULY! At this point, I couldn't imagine Victor honoring his word, because so much time had passed. I wasn't even sure he'd remember me. Either way, I decided to give it a try.When I went in to drop it off today, I asked if there was going to be a charge. He said it "depends on what I see when I get in there". Ugh... famous final words. He might as well have said "yes".HOWEVER - when I went to pick up my phone, I was pleasantly and greatly surprised when he told me that the charging port he had put in was faulty, so he swapped it out at no charge.WHAAAAAAT????Wow. Integrity!This guy could have given me any number of stories, or even just simply said it's been too long since the original repair, but he didn't. He was honest and decent and didn't mislead me. Plus, he has a small business, so I imagine it's not always easy to make ends meet, so I'm especially impressed. On top of that, he's a really sweet guy.Thank you Victor! I'm so happy to have my phone working again!!

I don't usually leave reviews or like being like this. But it really made me mad what happened to me. I took my phone to get the back screen repaired. (IPhone 13 pro max)When I went to pick it up, my phone was not cracked from the back anymore, but one of my cameras looked messed up like if they dropped it or something. But I Just let it go, then later that night I realized my flashlight was not working, I called and they told me to take it back. So I did. They fixed my flashlight and everything seemed okay. Then the following morning when I try using my Apple Pay it was not working. I was really upset since I usually use it a lot. I called them and let them know my Apple Pay was not working and it was before taking it to get fix. I even bought a case for my son there using my Apple Pay! I went back and they told me they would fix it. Today I went to pick it up 10/20/22 and now my Face ID won't work! Its ridiculous! I just think you guys should really go somewhere else because this is upsetting . They gotta do better!

I had my iPhone 7+ screen replaced. Great service and work by the staff. Very friendly. They also had a coupon on their website I used and they gladly accepted. I definitely recommend this place for screen replacement.
