I hired Intrepid carpet cleaners to clean my carpet yesterday and they did a very good job. I had hired other carpet cleaners before and they were not able to remove different stains from my carpet specially the pet stains and they were able to remove all the stains and also the pet smell.The technician was respectful and polite he explained me that the chemecals they use are not harmful and he used a enzime treatment for the pet stains and it work great. I really like the machine that they use I was able to see a big difference in my carpet. It looks very clean it does not smell like pet anymore it smells clean and fresh. I even schedule an appointment for my mother's house.. I would recommend them with my friends and family!

Recently purchased a home from out of state- walked into a beautiful but smelly home. Previous owners were dog owners whom appeared to never clean the carpeting as it was coated in dog hair and some staining...anyhow in a pinch we wanted to have the carpets deep cleaned and treated for odors and stains . Oskar and his assistant were AMAZING!! They made the carpeting almost brand new ( except of wear of-course ) there is still a slight odor but considering how it smelled from the start.... They did the very best they could and we are so grateful. Thank you so much , we will be contacting you for the grout and tiles next .

Loved that they showed up in masks, asked all the right questions about my needs and were very professional. Great pricing - had I done all of this my self it would've costed more money and time, something I don't have a lot of right now! Thank you so much for helping me out! The rooms smell great and I can finally breathe in my own bedroom. I look forward to hiring you guys again for my son's room!!
