Absolutely fabulous company, they made our complicated move go very easily from the start. The people that packed, loaded, and managed our move were the nicest movers I've ever met in all my 24 years of military service. Great communication, very responsive. The packers were quick and careful (big thanks to Saul and Johnny who spent a few long days dealing with us!). And when we had an issue with the other assigned shipper, International reacted quickly and adjusted the plan to maintain my family's moving timeline. Incredible service. I wish these great people were our movers for all our other moves (which totally sucked).

My household goods were delivered on July 28 and the gentlemen who delivered my stuff were such a great team and helpful. I had Ralph and Juan who delivered. Very respectful and offered to help more when we realized I didn't have a parts box. I wish this was the same team who packed my stuff but I am still grateful for the work they did. Provided me numbers to call people to come and pick up my boxes once I had unpacked as well as giving me information to help with my claim.

Horrible! Upon receiving my HHG the way they packed was terrible. Some boxes were labeled incorrectly, they added things like pictures frames with a tv, boxes with my kitchen utensils were just thrown in a box. Things were broken, shoes and towels were packed together, the list goes on. I had a lot of items damaged. If your military ask for a different moving company to pack your items because this one is not it.

International Moving delivered our household goods. The delivery crew, Raul, Andy, and Joel, were on time and professional! We have moved a lot all over the country and this was one of the best crews we have worked with. Highly recommend these guys!

Extremely professional, hardworking, and courteous crew. Rubin and his crew were the best transportation/moving crew I have had the pleasure of entrusting my household good shipment with. I highly recommend this company for any transportation services. I have relocated every 2-3yrs for the past 16yrs and this company is hands down the BEST!

Outstanding packing by a great company. Monica and Irma did a great job packing our house out. They were very professional and did an outstanding job packing. They were professional, timely, and very proficient packing. We highly recommend International moving and Warehouse El Paso.

On March 21st, I received a phone call from the Driver (I think his name was quoniez) that he was at my house time was 1058. On 17th of March Friday I was told by this driver he would be there in the afternoon. We came up with a plan to meet back at my house at 1200. He arrived with 2 "assistants" and we went through a walkthrough. I explained the parts box was staying and it was marked VOID on the inventory. He acknowledged this and we finished the walkthrough. I had a question about the crates. I called the military QA Mrs. Vinson to ask. The driver seemed to get frustrated. Then when I wanted to check off the items the packers packed before they went into the crate the driver got upset. He claimed that I was making up a new inventory and this is simply not true. I wanted to check the items that were leaving the house going into the truck. I called Mike from the TSP and the QA military inspector Mrs. Vinson to bring them in on what is happening. I wasn't happy about not getting eyes on my things. After all these are my possessions. So instead of arguing with this man the driver I watched from afar and tried to not interact with him. So the assistants said they were leaving and that's when I saw the 2 modems on the table I asked why aren't they packed to the assistant. He turned to the driver and he starts immediately getting upset saying things in Spanish knowing I can't understand him but the assistants could. Then he asks me why didn't I tell him before the other packers left. I explained everything to him. Usual courtesy I've seen over the years is to ask the customer to do a last minute walk around to make sure they didn't miss anything. At this point, I had enough I called the QA inspector and told her what was happening. I signed the inventory. The next day the missed items were picked up. In 20 years of military service 3 years I was a QA inspector I've never seen this type of behavior from a mover/packer! In all my life, i've never had a company send a representative to do a service and their representative acts like this inside of my house! When I speak up about it to a company rep I get "we will talk to him". This was wrong and so disrespectful and this needs to be addressed if not internally at least to potential customers.

This moving company was horrible. The way they packed all of our stuff was ridiculous. They just threw random stuff in boxes. Not only did we not get our stuff til over a month later, over $600 worth of our stuff was stolen. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you are military ask for a different moving company because these people are absolutely untrustworthy. Our movers are named below as well.

Very fast response and quickly packed all my items 3 bed 2.5 bath in El Paso, in 2 days! I notified them only 1 week ago of the move and they were able to schedule me and assisted every step of the way, they provided all packing supplies and packed everything themselves and forms are really detailed and accurate.

They did a great job unloading everything fast and were very professional. If you get Raul, Roger , johnyel and Silvano your in good hands !
