Innovative Trades

We used them not expecting much but to do the work that they were hired for. Instead they were so friendly, cleaned up after themselves, priced fairly and professional all the way through.I recommend them highly!

Innovative Trades was INCREDIBLE! They came out because we had faulty electrical issues that we couldn't figure out. The service providers were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and clear with their explanations. They resolved our issue going above and beyond what they had to do and we would recommend them/use them again!

As a follow up- I had not seen their response to my initial comment - let me just add that construction was 'ongoing' but in the backyard where a pool is getting built and at no time did these two techs venture to the back. They also fail to mention that they first checked an exterior circuit breaker box, located above a flower bed, prior to seeking access to the circuit breaker box in the garage and that's how they got their boots all muddy. They should of just 'owned up' to their lack of professionalism.

Had both fans in the living room die, and Old Republic scheduled an appointment with these folks; the gentleman that showed up (Kim? I'm terrible with names) was prompt, polite, careful about the kids being excited the fans would be fixed, able to speak intelligently about what he was doing while he was doing it and had a great sense of humor.He also got both of the fans troubleshot, approved for replacement, taken down and replaced in less than three hours, including the time to get approval and to drive off to get the fans, during heavy traffic times. He's obvious had a lot of experience because he didn't run screaming when he got a look at how whoever installed the fans had wired them. (Buy an electrician a beer and ask them "what's the dumbest thing you ever saw on a professionally wired job?") Also nice, they take credit cards on-site with one of those little fobs that connect to your phone so you can swipe anywhere.

Innovative Trades is an excellent company! They replaced numerous ceiling fans in my house, and diagnosed/fixed a wiring problem that nobody else could figure out. The technicians arrived on time, conducted repairs perfectly, and even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company as they are very professional...in every sense of the word.

Victor, Justin, and Chris went above and beyond to find and repair several plumbing problems. We just moved in to a house that had not been maintained for years. The men found and repaired a leak in the wall and restored water flow in a tub shower that had become completely mineral clogged. Super service and friendly advice.

Thanks guys for the great work converting me over to a tankless water heater, now I have an extra closet, turned out great. Always good work from them, and they are very punctual. J Black
