Infinity Hair

I'm not sure what happened in the past year or so, but I'm not as happy with Infinity as I was initially. Both of the last times I took my child in for a haircut, I got very unfriendly vibes from Stephany, plus I had to touch up my child's haircut at home because some areas were missed or not completely cut/shaved. The last time we went, I found out we weren't even on the schedule, despite the fact I had called and spoken to someone a month prior, to set up an appointment - which was apparently never written down, thus making us walk-ins. Then, when given my total upon payment, I noticed the price went up several dollars (combined increase total for two haircuts)! I honestly don't know if I will be going back, if I have to pay more for less than decent service and haircuts now.

This is a very clean well run shop. Steph is an awesome stylist makes you feel welcomed and is very professional. I don't get to go too often but when I do she always does a great job. I highly recommend Infinity Family Hair and Nail Salon.Updated to fix typos! ‍
