Individualized systems is such a bad company, please read and stay away. Their founder Kimberlee Shaw is such a liar and unethical person. She always tries to drop her fake degrees as a way to validate her knowledge. Yeah she's that insecure. Her company tries to play like a big company when In reality its a skeleton crew doing amateurish work at best and charges more than others. Check out Roses's Tax services and you'll see the difference. If you ever have a legitimate problem they'll always blame the customer and their services are always wrong. Never coming back.

I have had my taxes and accounting done by this awesome group of people for over 25 years. Their knowledge and customer service is beyond reproach. I have seen some of the other reviews on here and I find them to be lacking of truth. I know just how hard this staff works for its clients, its business and my future. Please do not let one bad apple spoil the cart for them. We never have had one issue with anyone associate with Individualized Systems. Hope this is helpful.
