Ikards Furniture

After seeing so many great reviews and not having too much of a choice here in Las Cruces, we went to the lazy boy showcase offered at Ikards They had a selection of recliners and we picked out 2 we were told they had them in stock and could deliver them the next week.When the chairs were delivered, it was obvious that they were the floor models. They were worn down and used looking.I went in personally to speak to Mr. Icard and he just dismissed my concerns then said, of course they are in stock. They were right there on the showroom floor. That's where I keep my stock .they said they were going to come out and have someone inspect the chairs. They said that La-Z-Boy would not take them back. When La-Z-Boy was contacted, they said they hadn't heard anything about the chairs wanting to be returned, this establishment is dishonest discourteous and nonprofessional. They have the monopoly on the town of Las Cruces. Maybe they do but El Paso is only 40 minutes away and it's worth the trip. They treat you well and they don't try to rip you off never again Jayson Ikard.

We came know somewhat knowing what we wanted. Only disappointment was that the furniture I wanted wasn't on display (they only have so much room). Found something different we liked and purchased that. Kathy was great to work with. This is much more professional service and more quality than some place like Ashley Furniture. Much better quality for the price!

Amazing showroom!I was shopping for a small sofa and chair for my living room. Salesman, Jeffrey Williams, showed me exactly what I was looking for. No pressure! Best furniture buying experience I have ever had. I started my shopping at Ikards with every intention of going to Ashley's and Furniture Row. No need!!! Ikards had what I wanted and it was in stock!!! And, again, Jeffrey rocked it!!!Best furniture store, ever!!!!!

We stopped in yesterday looking for a sectional. They have a great selection and we found exactly what we were looking for. The quality of the furniture is great and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back as we continue to build our home!

For a newcomer to the area, you wouldn't expect the Ikards 1950-1960's style building would contain 2 floors of high end furniture. We were really impressed with their selection especially with the deals you could get with the slightly damaged (not even noticeable) items in the back room. We got a table for only $50 that was displayed on the main floor for $250 just because of a scratch...what a steal!Great service too!

So impressed with the beautiful selection and surprised by the reasonable prices. Customer service is the best! I will never buy furniture anywhere else. Much higher quality for the same or slightly higher price.

We walked in to buy some furniture, saw one lady at a desk. I'm not sure if she even spoke to us! We're military, so we probably didn't look like most of their customers! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! We were ignored, so we finally left! That was my first time stopping there and I'll never go back!!

Salesclerk greeted us upon arrival and answered all my questions. Kathy made us aware of the warranty but did NOT pressure me to purchase it. Wish they had more of a variety, but I did find something I liked.

Staff was very helpful. Special shout-out to Lisa who was very patient. Definitely a high end store, no cheap junk, so go elsewhere if that's what you're after. Everything at Ikards is quality. Great find in Las Cruces.
