iDeal Furniture & Mattress

I purchased a sofa from ideal. The sofa received was the same style as the one I sat on in the showroom but the comfort level was entirely different. Needless to say to make a long story short this husband/wife term lost a customer. From one customer to another, make your purchase elsewhere.

When you walk into any furniture store you feel as if you are the pray and they just want to get you to buy something with giving you "special deals". I walked into iDeal and Marco was very curious and laid back. Felt like I was getting help from someone I knew. The store stock in itself is not huge, but their selection of choices are. When deciding what to get, Marco gave me comparisons of what size I was looking at with floor models. This was the hard part for me as I have a small home, but he made it easy. Marco sat with me and helped me search for something that was to my liking and size for my home. I felt so at ease and not under pressure that I left there with a sectional, table set, and a bedroom set. Items were ready in just a few days, but I was out of town for 2 weeks and he held them for me without worry. They came to set it up as soon as I got back and helped moved things around in my home to my liking. Definitely an ecstatic costumer!
