I took my daughter here for some bonding time. It was easy to follow the directions from the lead artist.

My date and I were looking for something fun to do during COVID that seemed safe and found I Painted That. The sign up for classes were very affordable and easy. As of right now, they only allow 25% capacity for each class and everyone was separated pretty far from each other to fulfill with COVID safety precautions. It is BYOB so don't be afraid to bring your favorite glass of wine or tequila! We had such an enjoyable time painting. The instructor was very personable and easy to follow. I definitely would recommend for anybody who is looking for something fun to do during this pandemic!

This was our first time ever doing a sip & paint and I wanted to surprise my partner with a super cute date night. I've been thinking about spin this for a while since El Paso doesn't have much to offer outside of food, movies and bars for dates (I'm from Cali) the cost was 80( a little more pricey than what we expected and experienced) and was at an offsite location(which was fine because we were familiarized with the other place it was held at). The other reviews made it seem as if it was terrible that the classes didn't start on time but the instructor was just getting to know everyone and waiting for everyone to get there & sign in. The drinks were complimentary(first round only) due to it being held offsite. I maybe would have appreciated more instruction but it was honestly great. The atmosphere was awesome and our paintings came out great. We'd probably do it again.

This is a BYOB painting session! I had soooo much fun there yesterday with my girls. In order to register for a session, you need to give them a call and tell them how many spots you want, your information and your card info. They won't charge anything at the time, but if you don't show up or cancel within 48 hours of your session, they'll charge you. You can also make a reservation online but it seemed like you needed to have a Paypal account. West side and east side have different calendars so you can pick one that fits your schedule the most. Also, you can see what you're gonna paint on the calendar too. The instructor was nice and she was showing us tips constantly so that even people who have no experience of painting can enjoy. If you have a military ID, you get $5 off. Normal price is $35. Also, I heard you'll get some kind of discount for next time if you tag yourself in the picture they will post on Facebook. It was definitely a great opportunity for me to socialize with others through painting and I'm definitely gonna join the session again!!

If it were possible to give minus stars I would give -5! I was visiting El Paso from San Diego & scheduled this as a Christmas present for my son. I thought the reservation was for 12/24 at 3. When we showed up for the class no one was there. I called the # & there was a computer glitch & we were registered for the class on 12/25. We were leaving town on 12/25 & wouldn't be able to attend. The 1st person initially said we could get a refund due to the mixup. Then I was called back & told the owner Sarah was refusing to give a refund. This is not good business practice & definitely not in the Holiday Spirit. So I was charged $70 & I have nothing to show for it other than my son's disappointment & my own bitterness over how the situation was handled. I cannot express my displeasure with this business enough!

So Ive been to other places like this and they were actually cheaper and I would rate them a 5 star. This place on the other hand super unprofessional. First off you cannot get anyone on the phone EVER. Also there is only one phone number for 3 locations idk what's up with that. But they are not cheap either. I payed for a class online for my husband and I to do for my birthday. It says their doors open 15 mins prior to the class... The guy showed up 10-15 mins late. Other people that purchased online were also waiting outside with us. When we got inside finally, nothing was setup of course. No canvas, no paint, nothing. Our class was supposed to be at 12 we did not start until 1. My husband and I were ready to leave at this point but we decided to stay and ride it out because it is non refundable. Very irritating. But overall we made the best of it and painted a cute picture together.

Had a great time painting my beach scene. I was the first to arrive, the studio was clean, organized and set up for class. The instructor was patient with everyone and very friendly even after bottle after bottle broke on the floor lolCan't wait to go back

Very frustrating business to deal with. Last month my friend and I were looking forward to a specific painting. I made the reservation over the phone a month in advance. The night of our reservation we showed up only to find out that they cancelled our reservation without telling us. This month we tried to make another reservation for the same painting, but they took it off the calendar! They seriously need to get more organized!

I have contacted this business multiple times. I booked one of their sessions for.my mother and myself. My mother was not feeling so I called to let them know we would not be attending. I could not remember what the cancelation policy was. I found on their site. However, had this business taken the time to
