My daughters car was totaled out a few weeks ago and she was in real need of a car. After doing some research and asking around, I finally decided to go to Hyundai of El Paso. I must admit I was treated really well by the staff there. Thank you big time Eugene for all your help. This guy is really a gem in this place. He knows his cars and knows his job. The thing that I appreciated most was how far they were willing to go to ensure our satisfaction. It was very dark outside and they opened the show room doors and pulled in a car just because we asked. They went the full mile on whatever we wanted and needed. No joke, they even offered to buy us dinner just because it was late. I was extremely happy with the new vehicle for my daughter and the way we were treated. I have to get a new car and believe me Eugene I will be seeing you soon my friend. Happy Holidays!!

We got a new car here and it's been pretty much a lemon. It's been in the shop almost as much as it's been in front of our house. If I could take it all back, I would I would. definitely purchase a different make and model if I could.

Bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe right off the lot was to be new but had 600 miles on it,,,, At just over 62,000 miles it started using oil, Vergil (The service Manager) told us that was no big deal as ""All Cars use oil"", now at 93,000 miles we are using a quart of oil every 800 to 1000 miles, had 2 deep motor cleanings, a GDI cleaning and completed 3 Oil Consumption tests...Service department just keeps blowing us off to the point that we will NEVER buy another Hyundai Product again...The games being played by this dealer are not good and are designed to blow off the customer until all the warranties expire!!It is bad enough that we have claims working through:Hyundai Customer CareHyundai Customer Care: (800) 633-5151Hyundai Bluelink Care: (855) 225-8354also a member of:Hyundai & Kia Theta-II Engine Failure group on Facebook.Sure hope that Oscar Lesser is happy with the dealership he built!!!

Worst service managers EVER!I have an ongoing oil consumption test with my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and today no one knew how to check the oil level or were to damn busy to look at it....Told me it would be up to 4 hrs before they could look at it and I could take an UBER home or bring back later!!!All you freaking needed to do was look at the damn oil level. This is the end of 6000 miles a 1000 at a time and I am down 6.5 quarts but they still say it's ok that "every car uses oil"Now have a HYUNDAI AMERICA Case and now have an attorney that is willing to go after these clowns!

I have been a loyal customer of Hyundai of El Paso for many years, With my family and I having purchased a total of 12 vehicles from them, primarily due to the allure of what is advertised as 'America's best warranty.' Regrettably, my recent experience with this dealership has left me profoundly disappointed. In my opinion, the owner of Hyundai of El Paso, Oscar Lesser, and the General Manager, Carlos Tirado, should be deeply concerned about the reputation of their dealership. Moreover, the Service Manager, Tom DeArman, should share in this concern. It is disheartening to witness a dealership, entrusted with upholding the standards of the Hyundai brand, fail to stand by its products and warranties. One particularly egregious issue revolves around the Theta engine, commonly found in Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicles sold by this dealership. This engine has a troubling history of production-related problems, leading to a class-action lawsuit against Hyundai. My ordeal began when my vehicle's engine abruptly ceased functioning while I was traveling at highway speeds on Spur 601. I consider myself fortunate that it did not result in a dangerous situation, but this incident marked just the beginning of my troubles. The warranty claim process proved to be an exercise in frustration. Attempts to gather information over the phone were met with stonewalling, leaving me on hold for an exasperating 45 minutes before I decided to drive to the dealership while still on hold.Upon my arrival, I was informed that my engine had indeed seized. I provided documented proof of two years of regular oil changes using full synthetic oil. Astonishingly, the dealership denied my warranty claim, citing 'exceptional maintenance neglect.' This decision felt like a blatant attempt to evade their warranty obligations and was deeply disappointing. It came to my attention that the dealership had inaccurately entered my vehicle's mileage in the request for warranty coverage. This falsification was entered into the system and submitted for review. When I brought this issue to the attention of the Service Manager, Tom DeArman, he stated that mileage has no bearing on a decision related to warranty coverage. This raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of the dealership's practices. Entered milage was 115,223 with the actual being 72,795. A major discrepancy. My trust in Hyundai's promise of a dependable warranty has been irrevocably shattered by my experience with Hyundai of El Paso. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and avoid this dealership at all costs. The behavior of its owner, general manager, and service manager has left me disheartened and questioning the integrity of their operation. Don't waste your hard-earned money here; there are more reliable options available. Oscar Leesers Hyundai of El paso is profit over people and safety. Stay far away.

I'm not sure what to think of Hyundai anymore. Their cars are good, but their service is not keeping up. I bought a car last June and I'm still waiting for the 2nd set of keys.Recently I took my new car in as the engine light kept coming on and I needed an oil change. After talking with the adviser that told me he would try to have it ready by the following afternoon. I called that afternoon before 3pm and was told that the car was in "inspection". I called again before 5 and after 5pm and no one would answer. I finally got a hold of someone 5 days later. It took 6 days and they found nothing wrong! Lucky for me,I knew someone who lent me a car during this period as I'm taking car of an elderly Father and trying to work. Hyundai, of course, didn't have any loaners...For the service that what was done..checking the engine light on a new car and an oil change...I absolutely think 6 days without my car was ridiculous! Not sure what has happened as Hyundai used to be top notch when it came to service; they are definitely not anymore!

I just spent 45 minutes walking in the sun being ignored by the salespeople. They would rather sit out front doing nothing than to help customers. I was ready to purchase today but to do that I'm already on the way to their competitor in Las Cruces.
