This place is great! I've had take out a few times and have not been disappointed. They've got a great selection on the menu. I've only had their cheese burgers and fries so far and they are delicious! I will have to give some of the other items a try. The ladies that work there are friendly too! You've definitely have to try this place if you haven't! It's a little hometown gem!!!

Love love love Howard's! They're food is incredible and the have the best chocolate swirl ice cream! The only problem is that their hours are all over the place and they take foreverrrr to get your order ready if you want to take it to go or order at the drive through. But if you dine in your food is ready in minutes. ‍ Also, I called to see what time they close and she said 9 but they stop serving dinner at 8:30 and when I asked about ice cream she just said "No." I guess it's just a family owned business thing but when you call and sometimes you're told they close at 8 p.m. and sometimes they say 9 p.m. but you can't order anything past 8:30? Doesn't make sense!Again three stars because I never get the same answer twice when it comes to hours and operations, and they are really slow to to go orders.

I spent the weekend in Monahans just for relaxation. I'd seen this restaurant my last visit as it is next to an Asian restaurant where I ate. The service was good and the prices were lower than I am use to.. The burger was tantalizing and the fries were tasty. I like the old school look of the place, also. I have now revisited Howard's about 4 times to date. And the last time will not be my last time.

Best steak fingers I have ever had! Great staff!!! Everything made fresh and hot but totally worth the wait! Absolutely recommend!

We love Howards. They have the best burgers and onion rings in town but honestly everything we've ever eaten from there has been great. They also have soft ice so we love their drinks and they have snow cone syrup for the ice too.

Exactly what you expect from a hamburger stand, good cheap food. Ordering is a breeze at the window, priced correctly. The wait does take a bit, but it's worth it. The place reminds me of how my parents ordered food when they were younger, or how my grandparents came to know fast food. Keeping the old school alive. Would rather spend my money here than any other chain fast food places in the area, by far!

Good food and good service. Great value for the price and was a nice stop on our way through Monahans.

the drive thru was super fast and the prices were cheap. I had the swirl soft serve ice cream in a cone and it was great! you can tell it's homemade.
