My 2 daughters and friend all joined in 2023, but then moved away from Horizon City/El Paso. They all called on June 5, 2024 to ask for cancellation and were told they needed to email "COLORED PHOTO ID" and a request to cancel.They emailed on June 6 and 7th of 2024. Their access to Hotworx was shut off. They continued to pay for the 60 days, and kept getting charged beyond the 60 days as required per the contract.We reached out to the manager and owner and they can't find the email. We sent them the proof of the emails and they said "Too bad, we didn't get it so you have to keep paying through November 2024". So now its the clients problem that their email systems don't work.Not only are they asking for discriminatory items by wanting COLORED PHOTO ID, but they cut off service and still collect payments and disregard emails...even when you show them proof. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'd never ever recommend them. Sending this information to an attorney.

Hello, I joined Hotworx and I thought I was going to go more , but I've only gone twice. I understand what I signed, which is having to be there for 3 months, but if I'm not going why do I have to continue to pay. I've tried to call the headquarters nobody answers!!! I need help to cancel this membership I don't use!! Please someone help me to cancel this membership.
