HOTWORX - El Paso

By the looks of the previous raters profile she likes to come on here for bad reviews. Let me go ahead and give what hotworx deserves as a rating. But first in response to the previous rating, this is a new business here in El Paso it is factual to say that they just so happened to hire new employees when she came in, cut them some slack it's a lot of information to retain. She said it herself the product info is explained in the videos prior to starting a workout! ANYWAYS! Where to begin MY rating, first off I love this gym. I had been wanting to join for a couple years but time didn't permit me to until this year and I'm ssooooo thankful! It is a little pricey but as it should be it's a gym with infrared sauna all in one. I know some people who pay memberships just for the sauna part. I pay $60 a month for the basic, meaning I can't go to another location or use the diet trax they offer. But this still includes so many opportunities to even get your monthly cost paid for, that's right if you burn off enough calories it turns into money in which you can put towards your bill or merch. They also are always having challenges and fun things to win stuff! I've already won 2 free months and I have $30 in rewards. If that isn't incentive enough I don't know what is. The staff is so welcoming always greet me by name and we always chat in between workouts. There's 3 hiit workouts offered and 6 ISO workouts offered. As well as a small gym section that is not in a sauna. Each time I come in I feel special and a sense of pride I am a part of THIS gym. They offer products for rent if you forget yours, they have a vending machine with a variety of products. They are 24 hour fun for members which is so convenient. The atmosphere is always clean and tidy and never too busy which I like. It's 3 max to a sauna and you must book your appointment for each section. The workouts connect to your Apple Watch and the hotworx app, that is key as it tracks your after burn as well. I highly recommend this gym if you're like me not a lot of time on hands yet still need to see progress.

Facility looks great. Members are usually friendly. My compliant and reason for 3 stars is because the staff is never educated and we'll trained on information of products and business. I have asked employees about specific products that they sell such a detox pills and the employee looked up information on computer in front if me. Information I already had seen on the computer before hand. Very concerning. When canceling membership I have been given the run around since April to September and staff again isn't well educated on system. I was also encountered by an individual who refused to give me her name when I just needed it for my record because I had been given the run around so much I decided to finally take names. And she continues to say "well that's why they aren't here anymore" she doesn't even know who I'm talking about. I don't even know who she is talking. About. I would say to stick to the more trusting gyms that you will get cheaper and more out of the other bigger gyms.
