Honest Maids

The First time they were great. Then I scheduled for second time and the job was done right but they charged 37 dollars more on my card than the original agreement. Tried to call them like 1000 times no answer, left messages no answer. Had scheduled for routine cleaning once a month and I can't get ahold of them since the second time. They have no office. Honest maids is not so honest after all. Very disappointed by their lack of response. I feel ripped off. Don't go to them.

I went with this company because I heard and read so many great things. I am very disappointed with the service. Was told a price for a full topto bottom deep clean. They didn't do a full top to bottom clean and then the people who came tried to charge more then what was agreed on. They were very rude. No receipt for the sevice. I cannot believe this is what I get for I to ferry help on the house. Cannot get a response from the company. Tried calling multiple times and texting. Still no response. Their 200% satisfaction guaranteed is a joke. Will not do routine if this is how they treat their customers.

I called them and the guy spent about 15 minutes on the phone giving me a quote and went over everything they cleaned and the prices. I felt like they were a honest company. I asked him when he can do the cleaning, he said he will get back to me later the same day or within 24 hours. It's been 3 days and no text or response back. I feel like they only work when they want to and I wouldn't trust them if they couldn't even call me back for day to schedule. If you are booked, then be honest and say you're booked so it won't be until 2 weeks or whatever the situation is but don't ignore people. Communication has to be better to offer a service like this. Can't really comment on the cleaning part since they never scheduled day to clean.

Sorry I wasn't able to give a 1/2 star, 1 was the min. Long story short, same as others, made initial contact with prices and service. Made 2 appointments and was never contacted for the first like I was told. I left 2 txt messages and a voice mail. I contacted this company because they advertised to be "locally owned and operated". I'm embarrassed for you if that's the case. Mr. Owner, quick math quiz. If I'm in a room with 10 other people that are looking for a cleaning company and I tell them my experience with your company, how many of those 10 are likely to call for your service? Ratings and referrals should be important to you. By the way, I have a friend that is moving in 2 weeks and needs a house cleaning...guess who I didn't refer?

Absolutely terrible! Do not use this service!They came out once for a deep clean and charged us $130 more than their quote. Then they never returned our numerous phone calls to set up regular cleaning service.

We contacted Honest Maids through a referral from a business associate, when our current housekeepers were letting us down. We couldn't be happier! The attention to detail and the communication paired with the consistent high ratings our guests (we have an Airbnb) give us on our cleanliness, make our positive review a no brainer!

They did an excellent job! I am very picky and they did things I hadn't even thought of to tell him to do my house is not been this clean since before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them and they will be doing my deep cleans on a regular basis =)

Didn't do what I explained needed to be done in advance of accepting the job. $32/hr-no value!! When I complained, I never heard from them again. There is NO guarantee as they state!
