Home Pro Solutions.Back in August of 2022 I would have recommended this company to everyone. Renee from the company got in touch with me in May of 2022 talking to me about a Solar system & a new roof on my home. Everyone that owns a home in El Paso, Tx, knows how hard it is to find someone that does quality work & stands behind it. After talking with Renee we signed a agreement for a Solar system, & a complete new Roof with new Decking, Facia & soffits. The company did a fantastic job & was very pleased.Now it is 2024. Starting in March I started getting estimates for a new HVAC system installed in my home. Had a few companies come out and give estimates & then called Home Pro Solutions.Manuel Gonzales & his Partner Jesus came over spent a few hours & they talked me into installing a Box Hvac unit. Granted the pricing was a few thousand higher, but I wanted it done right. Like the work they did before. This all happened on April 15th. By the 17th a Company named Eco Air came out & started installing the unit. Something seemed off from the beginning, they were mounting the unit on the far side of the house. When the other companies gave me estimates & told me the unit would need to be mounted in the center of the house on the roof. But I wasn't sure, so I let them do the job they were hired to be doing, figuring they know what they are doing. By that evening they had the unit going, but only 3 output ducts in the house where working out of 10. They kept messing with things stuffing insulation bord in the working ducts trying to block the air off & force it to come out other areas. However this was not working. They left that evening & came back the next morning & continued to try & figure things out. I finally had to speak up, when I saw things were not being done properly. They installed the air intake filter box directly above a output vent in the living room. So the cold air coming out was getting sucked right back in. there was less than I foot between the input & output. So after getting upset about the job this Eco Air company was doing, I told Manuel & Jesus from Home Pro Solutions, Something is not right & someone needs to come out & look at the system & figure out what is wrong. Well the next day was Friday, I didn't hear from anyone. So I called 2 actual HVAC Companies and had them come out on that Saturday and check the installation & tell me why it was only working out of 3 vents. To Start they both said the unit was installed in the wrong location. The runs they were making with the flexible ductwork was to long for the unit to work efficiently. That the unit needs moved & the ductwork needs to redone. So the unit can distribute the air flow evenly. I called Manuel & Jesus with the information I obtained and they tried to argue with me about it but a few days later The Management from Eco Air and Manuel & Jesus from Home Pro solutions came out. I talked to the main supervisor installer & explained what I was told by the other companies, & he agreed. Well 5 days later they came out moved the unit. But left a big 4 foot hole in my new roof that was left open to the outside elements for 4 days. I had to go to Home Depot and buy the plywood to cover it myself. The HVAC Company sent over some man to patch the hole up later & I insisted I wanted the roofing company that did the roof to come over & fix everything that the HVAC company messed up. Had to wait over a week for Home Pro Solutions to make up their minds about letting the roofing company fix the roof they installed & the HVAC Company ruined. Note after the meeting the manager of ECO Air, & Manuel & Jesus I haven't seen Manuel or Jesus since. They haven come to check on the job. The roof repairs, the ceiling repairs inside, nothing they ignored calls & messages. Long story short it is now 05/27/2024 the HVAC system is still not working properly. I called the Manufacturer & they sent over a licensed company that is able to service the unit under its warranty. The company that installed the unit is not licensed by the manufacturer to perform warranty repairs on the unit they installed, Now does that make sense. Explains why it was not installed properly to begin with.The company the manufacturer sent over to check out the unit to see why it only blows between medium & low and surges all the time, thinking it was a problem with the unit. They Found the computer in the unit is giving codes for an air flow restriction in the intake & exhaust of the unit. The company checked out the ductwork & found some issues with the ductwork being pinched off & not routed properly. They offered to repair it, but I told them I needed to check with Home Pro first.I called Manuel Gonzalez from Home Pro Solutions to tell them about the issues & see if they will have them fix the issues to finally get this resolved.Of course, I am being ignored & getting the run around.Based on all the issues I have had with this company this time & their sales crew Manuel

This company Home Pro Solutions does business with companies that scam the elderly. They "subcontract" a sales company by the name of Involve Home Improvements or Involve Home Energy to visit "low income" homes and offer solar panels with a free home improvement, in my moms case a free roof replacement. The rep Gabriela Fernandez had a contract that she did not share with my mother and instead kept promising to bring it to her In the mean time she created an email account unbeknownst to my mother, logged in as if she were my mother and had her sign a document she translated as a pre qualification application for a loan of about $40,000. I found it suspicious that the rep was in a hurry to have the roof started and asked her to email me a copy of the contract or bring the copy she promised my mother This is when we found out she had created a fake email account and emailed the contract to make it appear as if my mother was the account holder and had agreed to a $65,000 contract for 25 years. I would never recommend Home Pro Solutions LLC because they contract unethical companies to represent them and sell their products.

Home Pro Solutions evaluated my home and provided honest recommendations addressing all my concerns. The Home Pro Solutions crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and performed the work It took about one hour to seal the entire duct system. At the end, the computerized process generated a report that showed that leakage was significantly reduced by more than 90%. The Home Pro Solutions team was professional and highly respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for increased home comfort.
