I absolutely love this place. First of all I didn't even tip and I let him know that I only had $50 for my manicure and he did a perfect job. #4 always gets me right thank you!!!

Had to find a new nail tech for me and my mom since we relocated, so my mom suggested we walk the mall and try the spa there. Walking in, I was apprehensive since the store looked a little beat up and could use a good paint job. But surprisingly, we had Vincent and Mary who took care of us and were very attentive to our nails. They were friendly and welcoming and did a great job with messaging and attending to our different nail needs. The only downside is that the hostess wouldn't let me book them for future appointments since it's walk-in only... so now, I'll have to go in and request Vincent or Mary before others do. ;-) Prices are decent... chairs are nice to sit in. Try not to judge once you walk in because the store front definitely needs some maintenance and upkeep, but the workers are great and the services were awesome and very much appreciated.

Very welcoming staff, I didn't wait long. I really liked my nails and I would definitely recommend this place. I'll be back!

Y'all I don't know why this place is so poorly rated? Y'all just being mean. I came in and was greeted immediately. Was told I would be waiting. That's no problem at least I was told. My gel manicure is absolutely perfect! None of it is touching my cuticle. It was a bit pricy but again the manicure is perfect. The music is fun and the employees are all happy to be working! I love this nail salon they have so many different colors it's almost overwhelming but that just means you have so many options and whatever you are looking for it should be there! I loved the owners daughter super sweet and does a great job at nails. She's fast and efficient instead of fast and sloppy.

Really nice people. They act distant at first but warm up after they know you a bit. Tony took care of my nails and they look great. He is quiet but deadly when it comes to making your nails look nothing less than amazing! I would recommend the shop for the quality of work they produce. Best of luck Hollywood Nails & Thank You

They Always have enough nail techs on staff, so the wait is always short and no appointment necessary. I have Dip polish on my finger nails and a pedi with regular polish. Caution... not all techs speak English (or Spanish) which makes it difficult to communicate anything out of the norm.

The guy that did my nails was great. The guy that did my moms nails on the other hand..... not so much. He was an older guy.....really condescending, rude and inconsiderate. My mom kept having to say sorry and it was her first experience getting a pedicure and doing self care. You would think that they would try to make it a great experience but instead he provided snarky comments. We spent over 100.00s and it was not worth it. We won't be back. If any one goes there try not to get the old man.

I went for a pedicure and ended up getting tortured instead. The lady was very ruff and rude. She burned my skin with some kind of chemical. Then instead of saying sorry she said my shoe caused it. No one offered a discount or anything. When I tried leaving they wanted me to stay to finish my manicure but I was so upset I told the lady that I would finish it myself. I would never go to this place again. I hope management can fix this issue for other customers.

I called ahead to make an appointment and the person answering the phone said to come - they had an opening. after arriving I waited over 30 minutes. I noticed the waiting area was unkept and very shabby. They called me and told me to go sit in a certain # chair. When I got to the pedicure chair I noticed how filthy it was. the basins looked dirty and they didn't use liners.I got up and walked to reception and said I had changed my my mind. If you can get a fungus from a seemingly clean shop - I can only imagine what a filthy one can give you. Beware of this place. i can't believe a health inspector would let this shop stay open.

Super expensive and the salon wall is dirty also it was pretty crowded. I love my pedicure but I won't be back.
