By the bed.
First under the sink.
Just walking around.
Yup just another one walking around
And another let me walk around
Off to hide now.

Bath had mold, and rust, like really cleaning crew?? all you have to do is spray bleach... my room had a weird random door that led to no were. the bed was comfy and I can tell that they just updated their decor, I woke up early to catch a NON -complementary breakfast, but the lady instead of taking my quick order took everyones in front of me, then told me to wait, she proceeded to tend to all and her chores until she finally I left to sit back in my chair then she came back to say "are you ready to order?" - NO thanks. front desk is courteous and prompt.also TV does not work, glad I had my phone. I will not be staying here again.

Looking through the previous reviews, I am happy I didn't look at them before booking this hotel because I would have passed on this stay on post. In my opinion I didn't experience all that was stated previous to me. For starters I didn't see NOT ONE cock roach my entire 4 day stay, the people were friendly, and I didn't have any issue with my room. *Just FYI there are two hotels on post..there is this one that is similar to a barracks, and then there's one at the main building which is a holiday Inn (across from freedom crossing) that you can stay in. The holiday Inn was running at $79 a night when I called and the barrack looking building was running $49 a night. The appearance of the room is just like a barracks room, but it has some added space and the bed was actually decent. The walls are pretty thin because we had a friend stop by and when I was in the hall heading back to the room I could hear them talking. So if you are discussing something important I would wait until later. The room was a average size room. The closet was a walk in closet and had a safe, laundry basket, and hangers provided for you. I wasn't expecting a AMAZING room since it was only $49.00 a day. I did have pets so I paid a $75 pet deposit for my whole stay. For the price I was satisfied, especially since we only truly used the room to sleep and shower in. The breakfast was served in the day room of the building next to us, on the second floor. It was a simple breakfast. Coffee, cereal, milk, oatmeal, boiled eggs, different types of toast and fruits. There is a juice machine as well. The two days I went to this building for breakfast the lady that was on duty was very friendly each time. The other two days I actually went to the holiday end since they are partnered together and enjoyed breakfast there. They have hot and cold food, lots more options. They had everything from the pancake maker...to omelette a and meats. So of course since we were able to get more options we really enjoyed ourselves. Both of the breakfast options has TVs playing so you can watch them if you please. The cleaning staff were very pleasant but if you understand Spanish listen closely because they will make sly comments in Spanish. They didn't realize we understood until I laughed and responded back and then they were really quiet. So beware of them, but other wise the staff were really nice. All in all it was a great stay for $49.00 a night. I am use to more top notch hotels, but for the price I was pleased. I would and did recommend this hotel to others that are PSCing or waiting for their home to be ready. I hope people after me have a pleasant experience as I did.

Okay IHG this is unacceptable. 5 cockroaches in one day, with a total of 15 throughout my stay. Wth! 30+ days of staying in the hotel and I wasn't too bothered at first by the sight of cockroach, but finding it next to me while I sleep and then following me in the shower. Wth!The two star is for the location and staff, but the state of the hotel is unacceptable.

We just arrived here @Ft Bliss & our house won't be ready to move in for 7 days. We decided it would be best to stay @a hotel on post, so we could be closer to everything & thought it'd be less stressful than staying off post...WRONG!After typing in "1744 Victory Ave" on our GPS, we were lost for HOURS in the rain, which was no bueno, especially after driving 11 hours from San Diego with 2 toddlers! The building was seriously impossible to find. When I finally typed in the address to the PX, we were able to get on post. It was actually easier when we were told to go on "Pleasington," not "Victory Rd"... Okay O_OWhen we finally checked in, we were told the hotel we're staying in is in a separate area. I read reviews that could happen, but I had no idea it was ACROSS THE BRIDGE & in a COMPLETELY different section! Wth!? There are no restaurants/places within walking distance, so I'm pretty unhappy with that.

Beware of the IHG Army Hotel ON FORT BLISS.This hotel is not on Victory Ave rather on Scott St here in Fort Bliss. This is remodel Army barracks that lacks the proper amenities that you expect in any hotel. No Air Conditioning just fan and evaporate cooler. Especially when the daytime high temperatures were over 100 degrees. No hot water for bathing. We were told the room had double queen size beds it actually were two full size bed.No room service on site.Door latch did not work properly almost couldn't get back into our room. When we book this room we're not told about it was remodel barracks. One night stay in this room. Speaking to management and leaving this room the next.Beware when you stay at IHG Army hotels while visiting Fort Bliss. I do not recommend this hotel and this will be my last stay at IHG Army Hotel at Fort Bliss, TX.

ZERO compensation for the lack of concern for their guests. Breakdast. bacon cold, NO utinsels I asked. NO ice, biscuts hard, fruit old and tasted bad. Staff and manangement will take your money but does not give any concern of how your stay is. DO NOT STAY on base.

I've stayed at many IHG hotels world wide as I travel TDY etc.... But dude... This place has to be the worst. Which is surprising, due to Ft Bliss being the nicest and coolest post I've ever been on. So why is the hotel so whack? Ft Sill is maybe the most garbage place I've ever been, with the hotel in point. Weird. Either way, if you have a room there, and they inform you that it's actually on East Bliss... Cancel your reservations, ASAP. I don't care if it's only $30, I will never, ever ever ever again, pay , yes PAY freaking money for my family and I to stay in a mother F'n barracks room. Never. Seriously, that's whack. Now then if you have a room on main post in the main building, it's rather nice with all the bells and whistles and on the same street as Freedom Crossing. But even then, those rooms are approx $100 per night? I asked the lady seriously, level with me... I know the Army will pay for it (I was PCSn), but still does that make it right? I said is THIS really a $100 per night room? Would YOU as an employee here pay $100 to stay here? It's nice, I'd say 3.5 out of 5 stars. I'd pay $70 for it. But dude... That's the MAIN building only. Again, east bliss locations are ONLY barracks rooms, like an "overflow" location. And it's ridiculous for you or anyone to PAY MONEY for you and your family to fly from overseas and be given a raggedy OLD barracks rooms. Lol. No no no no and no. And the main building? Again, OVERPRICED! I seriously hate with all my heart seeing companies overcharge the Army... Whatever. Shit won't change.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in El Paso visiting family. The room was ok, nothing special. The walls are very thin, and every time a neighbor opened their door, it shook our door so bad that it sounded like someone was trying to get it! The room service policy was interesting. Basically on weekends, you have to request room service otherwise you won't get it. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. And our DVD player didn't work, and no cable of course. Also, the price surprised me. We usually stay on base in San Diego (we sometimes do weekend "stay-cations") and for a beautiful hotel on Coronado beach, it's the same price we paid here if not less.

I arrived around 2130 after some indiscernible directions from the gate guard. I stood at the front desk a couple of minutes waiting for the clerk to finish talking/giggling in the back room. During the hotel survey I was asked about free wi-fi often as an IHG Club Member, which I didn't know I was until I booked this place. Unfortunately the clerk never mentioned free wi-fi, the continental breakfast or even when check out was. Just bad directions and have a nice night. The directions to my building were TERRIBLE, the clerk having highlighted the wrong street building 11345 was on. (As a hint, it's off of Scott & Sergeant Major, near a large barracks complex.) I stumbled around in an hour's long search in the dark, cause hey, it's a military base on a "low light" environmental kick. I was to turn on to Luke, but that intersection is in the pitch black with a very small sign and a stop sign surprisingly in the middle of a long stretch of perimeter road, hence, a dead end on Haan & Sergeant Major. :/ I ended up walking on foot through large complexes with no visible building numbers. I finally had to call a friend who got me in contact with an MP buddy to guide me. Better maps would really help those of us who haven't been on this base for 10+ years & have never seen East Ft. Bliss. In my experience, no road network has ever been as screwy as Ft. Bliss anyway. There is no soundproofing in 11345, and it's bad when I can hear my neighbor roll over & yawn in his sleep. Better still, the swan song of lovers down the hallway. Every word from every person in the hallway is a conversation for all. The bathroom was small and very outdated, yet clean. I work nights, so had to search out the cleaning crew for clean towels because I woke up near noon. Despite pulling the do not disturb sign while the cleaning crew was still in the building my room was never serviced in my 3-day stay. At least the cleaning crew was extremely helpful when I asked for anything...excellent folks. It was also nice to have a continental breakfast in 11345, lest I have to attempt a navigation back to main post where check in is. Freedom Crossing is a super cool concept I hope goes Army wide & seeing the armored vehicles really brings out the geek in me. For $45 a night, this hotel is an ok stay, just get VERY detailed directions before you try to find your building at night & secure earplugs if a light sleeper. If you are coming and going from the Global Reach Gate off of Ironsides at night be prepared to have your vehicle pulled over and searched repeatedly. One last thing...why in the hell am I paying city, county & state tax for a room on a Federal installation?????
