On my last day in El Paso, we stopped by Surreal Sculptures after lunch. If you're a fan of art like I am, this is a pretty cool spot to check out. While we didn't go outside, we saw all of the sculptures surrounding the house. Since it's in a residential neighborhood, you can easily park on the street for free. In some ways, the artist's artwork is a little disturbing. Like the type of stuff you would create if you were on LSD. At the same time, it's also impressive. And it's an attraction you can check out quickly.

Ho's whimsical surrealist sculptures are inspired and a breathe of fresh air. He is a welcoming host whose mesmerizing anthropomorphic imagery merges dreams and reality. His faces within faces are captivating. A must see for anyone in El Paso!

If you were going to be in the El Paso area, you absolutely must, must! See this exhibit. This is how Baron's life's work and it is amazing. He is an incredibly talented man who is on his final journey because he has cancer. I had a long conversation with him and he is i'm absolutely prince of a man. He only opens on Saturday but I was there on Friday and I called him, and he said come on down and I'll show you around. I spent over an hour there and in the end bought his great book which I highly recommend you do also. If you know of anybody who could use one of these beautiful surrealistic bronzes, a museum, a hotel, a corporation or anything like that it would be an honorTo have facilitated that.
