Highway 70 Self Storage

Disgusting facility, have raised the rent too often, for a facility filled with rats who have defecated all over our property. The only thing they've offered for my brother to move to another storage room, but the whole facility is infested. I've put in calls to the city to investigate.

If you need storage this is the place. I put my stuff there for almost a year. It was a great experience. I've used other storages and they sucked. The manager is so nice, which is hard to find in this pit of a town lately. It's nice to do business with someone who smiles and is actually friendly. Think her name is Candyce or something like that.

If you are looking for storage space and GREAT customer service, look no further! Recently our local Realtors Association did a clothing drive and we needed a space to store the clothing while we collected it for the entire month of May. With the help of a friend, I got in touch with Nicole Mitchell with Las Cruces Self Storage who went above and beyond to help us find a solution and donated the use of a unit. I went in to the Highway 70 Self Storage and met the delightful, caring, and super helpful Julie. With the help of Las Cruces Self Storage LCAR was able to donate 5 car loads of clothing, shoes, belts, & accessories to the Community of Hope! I highly recommend Highway 70 self storage for all of your storage needs. I used their climate controlled units and they are top notch. I cannot speak highly enough for the kind, professional, and courteous service I received from Cesi, Jasmine, Ashley and the entire staff at Highway 70. I moved to Las Cruces from Ohio and they made a very stressful experience into a comfortable and smooth transition. I would highly recommend Highway 70 Self Storage to anyone. When I moved from California to Las Cruces in 2008, I rented a large storage room from Highway 70 online. From the moment I was greeted by Julie, I knew I had made the right choice! She was so helpful, personable, and genuinely cared about my belongings and my overall needs. The facility was incredibly clean, 100% safe, climate-controlled, and easy to access. When I sold my house in 2015, I went back to Julie, got a smaller room (10x20, then eventually 10x10), and kept my belongings there when I moved back to California. I knew my belongings would be safe, stay clean, and I always knew Julie would help me out even though I wasn't living in New Mexico anymore. I recently traveled back to NM and cleared out my storage, and I must say, I was so sad to say good bye! I have never been in a cleaner, better, more successfully managed storage facility. This is an amazing, top-notch place with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Highway 70 Self Storage to anyone needing any size storage. The facility, the management, and especially Julie are impossible to beat. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great place, great service. Very clean, easy access whenever needed and friendly, helpful service. One of the best in Cruces ... although could be a little cheaper.
