Well we will try again...we stopped in and although the sign said they were open we didn't see anyone. We waited a few moments and no one came outside. Cute setup. We enjoyed the Jeep ride out as they are off the beaten path. Loved the palms leading you up to the place!

When we pulled up to this vineyard, we had no idea to what to expect. But my eye was drawn to the beautiful landscape. You are surrounded by vines upon vines! And their beautiful dogs make it even better..We got to the tasting room which is outside under huge shades and is definitely hidden away. The wine was delicious, and the company was even better. We sat down and got our ours right away, but getting to know the owners was even better. They are so friendly and it is definitely a must try next time you are out there.

Local winery with great wines and service. All wines are made with the grapes grown on the acre. The $12 wine tasting is a great deal and you get to experience 6 different wines. Great ambience to relax and come have fun with friends. If you're in the area, I highly recommend coming here to experience the locally and veteran owned vineyard with Arizona flavors.

HLV will "not" disappoint!! Tom & Edie have poured their souls into their vineyard, their wine and to creating an environment for those visiting to enjoy! From their expansive flat and easily accessible parking, to the well manicured vineyard and very enjoyable tasting venue you will easily realize that HLV is Tom & Edie's passion. Their wines are unique and exceptional which coincides with their story of meeting one another, each serving our country for over 2 decades and fulfilling their vineyard dream. We particularly enjoyed the PicPoul Blanc, Lemberger and Tannat. We will definitely remember our fun-filled conversation during our personal evening tasting, the unique and comfortable fireside setting and ringing the bell to awaken the night, as well as taking in the expansive view and long walks. We look forward to revisiting HLV one day and no doubt Tom & Edie's future plans will have become reality!

We discovered High Lonesome Vineyard by accident as we were returning to Phoenix and decided to take a moment to see the new vineyard. It is a hidden gem in McNeal, AZ! The owners Tom and Edie, two military veterans were friendly and very welcoming. We tried two bottles and both were perfect!! We look forward to purchasing more on our next trip! If you're ever in Southeast Arizona, we highly recommend you take a moment to visit them. You won't be disappointed. We are proud to support this winery and military veterans in their new career adventure.
