High Heat Sports Grill

Both times coming here was a flop. We shouldn't have to wave someone down for refills or to let them know they served us a drink in a dirty glass. The food was good, but not good enough to feel like an inconvenience while dining out. I've been a bartender / server and the customer service just wasn't there. Both visits I was served by the same man and by no means was it too busy for him to ask if we would have liked refills.

Just came in for drinks after work. It was DEAD, but the two bar tenders that were doing shift change were social and fun. Tons of drinks options, liquor and draft. Prices were right. Pool tables in the back and sports TVs strategically located. Not the best, but good enough for this town!I'll be back next time I visit.

Great service and great food. The bartender was fantastic. The burgers are delicious and are quite big.

Good slaw. Liked the grilled cheese and brisket sandwich. Shrimp and potato salad both tasted weird. Kitchen pretty quick. Never saw server again after food came.

Stopped by on a late Monday afternoon. I sat at the bar. Kristin waited on me and gave me attentive service. I ordered a Swiss cheese burger with mushrooms, which was well prepared. It came with crispy fries just as I like them. I had a milk stout with my meal.This place used to be Famous Sam's and then Rookies. I liked both businesses as I like the layout of the building. Now there is more open space as one walks in so there is less chance of getting tripped. The pool tables in the back are now in a separate room to keep the noise down. There are still many tvs on the walls with various games on.There are several beers on tap not found elsewhere in town. Besides Uncle Bears, there is also Rickety Cricket beers

My wife and I enjoy going to high heat. The food is really good and the drinks are a reasonable price. My only complaint would be the way the TVs are situated. If you aren't at the bar they can be hard to see when watching a game.

They have big wings and large selection of other food. It is all good. High Heat staff is always friendly and eager to help. It is our go to place for wings.

Not quite as good as the other reviews make it out to be. Food is so/so. Service was prompt. Bathrooms really need cleaning and air freshening.

Went there tonight with the family order food played pool ask for ranch for our appetizer said no ranch than asked for BBQ sauce and was told there some on your wings definitely won't be going back spending 91 dollars and shit meals and crappie service no thanks need to get more help Brittany wasn't a very pleasant person wouldn't recommend people to eat there

Food is very good and the beer is cold. The bar and restaurant are a little tired and need some remodeling and repairing. Shawn the bartender is very efficient and remembers you when you revisit. He could be more friendly and social. Overall a decent place for lunch and a cold beer
