HF Welding & Iron Works

The Wrought iron fence installed by HF Welding and Iron Works does not close properly. Our handyman said today that it is poor workmanship.We have called this business three times and left messages about the gate. We also sent two text messages. The last text was sent Dec. 15. On Nov. 7, I sent this email with my phone number on it:Mr. (Hugo) FernandezI have called your business several times about the wrought iron work done at the house at (xxxx) Cessna.Maria Fernandez said someone would go down there and see what repairs need to be done and why the wrought iron fence broke.She said the work is under a one-year warranty.I hired your company and paid them in good faith. He said a welder needed to do the repair.I have their invoice 275 dated March 9, 2022. It states $450 for the side gate. And it states 1/2 down payment $225. We don't live in El Paso. So we rely on others to go tell us what is the problem with the gate since our tenant was complaining.Yet, Maria stated on GOOGLE review today that she couldn't find our contract in her records....We don't ask for money down. She also stated that she can't communicate with me because she doesn't have my phone number or emails.I have the invoice and emails to prove that this business does poor work and is unreliable. They don't honor their warranty.Buyer Beware of this Business.

This business does terrible work! I build homes and contracted this business to build floating staircase and he did! Didn't pass inspection and wouldn't fix it! We are suing them as they got paid! Don't fall into the trap that they are licensed and bonded! They have very bad workmanship! Instead of accepting their bad work owner got aggresive. we hired another company to fox and they even stated that someone could of fallen and got hurt. Dont understand how this company is in business!

I honestly don't know how this "business" is in business. I made an appointment with them just to have them call me 5 minutes before the appointment to tell me they couldn't make it. We set up another appointment and they called 5 minutes before that appointment to verify my address and told me the appointment was at 10:30 not at 10:00. So OK, I might have written it down wrong, but while we were talking the line went dead. They never showed up for the appointment. I called and no one answered. I thought they still might not have my correct address so I left it again and told them to call me if they needed any more information from me. I never heard from them.
