Small businesses literally next door to a corporate music store. They have a great inventory for being a small space. The guys behind the counter are really knowledgeable and no nonsense kinda guys. I could look at the guitars for hours. Most of the stuff I shop for like strings or chords are behind the counter so you can't browse like other stores. I do enjoy just looking at stuff and you can't really do that here. For instance, I might look through guitar straps. I'm not looking to buy one, I just like looking at some of the crazy designs, but these are behind the counter. You can ask to see them a they're more than happy to let you look at them, but it's not the same feeling. Especially when I'm just looking, I feel like I'm wasting the guy's time. However, they've always had what I'm looking for and even helped me out when I was looking for a gift. These guys are super helpful and you should always check here first before going to the big box stores. You'll feel better when you see where your dollars are going locally. They even do repairs; a service I haven't used yet, but need to. Check these guys out.

I play piano but just recently decided to pick up the guitar. I got a new guitar but alas, forgot to buy a case so at the recommendation of my friend I came here. I was hesitant at first because I had read previous reviews that they were over priced and rude. I'm not one to let that discourage me so I finally stopped by there to see what they had. I am glad I did, they have a huge selection of instruments and accessories. The prices are very affordable and the guy that helped us was very very friendly and helpful. I'm my humble opinion that combo is hard to come by. Usually a locally owned music store or any music store at that the staff is rude and condescending but this wasn't the case at all here. I will definitely be coming here for all my music needs. They also have lessons which is pretty cool. I have always been more partial to buying locally, so glad I know if this place now.I went to the location in North Zaragoza

Not sure who's writing these reviews but everytime I have walked into this store the staff is rude not helpful at all and look down on you for wanting to try out a guitar or anything else. I asked to play a guitar and the guy looked upset and asked us not to touch them. Definitely won't buy my gear from this shop.

Went in for a small item I needed. Staff was kick ass and helpful. Plenty to choose from here, brands all accross the spectrum. Prices seemed reasonable. Sad to only find this place towards the end of my stay.

This music store is simply amazing, boasting some of the most superior guitars, basses, amps, accessories and drum kits. There is also a wide variety of models for each brand they stock, and if they don't have it they will order it right away. The two owners are extremely nice and well educated in all fields of instruments, where as Guitar Center has been severely lacking. They can beat any price in town and give discounts on top of that, shopping here for new gear is an absolute must. I highly recommend this place with their competitive prices, vast inventory and outstanding customer service.

bad customer service. too bad. after a 3 minute convo. I was about to save this business with distributors and manufacturers fees and hung up on me. I don't recommend.

The most newest guitars, no finger prints on the guitars, more veraity of guitars, amps, and all kinds of instruments that uses strings on for sounds and foot pedals, and a great technician to fix all kinds of guitars also Great service they answere all your questions that you might have. I love to buy local and this place makes it easy. The owners are great, very helpful and informative. Their products, prices and deals are unmatched anywhere in El Paso. I will never go anywhere else for my guitar needs, this place is the best.
