Hercules Barbecue

I Can't even say it's good or bad because everytime I try to go they're closed. It's been around two months and still haven't been able to try it. They close early and are open a few days out of the week. I check the Facebook boom they close early. Definitely something you have to plan for and leave work early to get .

Pretty damn good!I found this food truck while driving home. Stopped to see what they served and ordered the Kraken sandwich and side of Medusa fries. So good. Gather flavors were awesome and the food was super fresh. If you love BBQ, Give this spot a shot. I think you'll like it!

Best Bbq hamburgers in the WestTexas if ya haven't tried it you missing out. They got plates,burgers and fries to always look for ohh ohh and the Mac and cheese is better than ya mommas if you don't believe me find them and find out.

So this place has a thing for stacking meat on top of meat, and they do a brilliant job at it. There is no question why these meals are named after the Greek gods and goddesses, they are colossal and fit for the heroes themselves. I highly suggest getting something that is not just a meat plate. Friend, I promise that if you actually get something with a name it will be better than just boring ol' BBQ plate. When we went my boyfriend and I shared medusa fries, you'll turn to stone in shock of theses bad boys. They are smeared in a wonderful blend of ranch, brisket, BBQ sauce, and tons of cheese. If anything it's a form of soul food. My love got himself The Beast, it was a wonderful brisket sandwich have pilled high in a monstrous portion of food smoked and rubbed to taste. I got the Chaos sandwich, which was a beef patty, brisket, sausage, jalapeños, and sauce. I highly recommend it, it was so filling and well made it took me two sittings to eat it. After a hard days work, if you put that sandwich in front of me it would warm my heart to have the opportunity to have it again.Hercules works hard to bring some of the best quality of BBQ to the midessa. They pack on the food for the most for your money!

Had been craving Hercules for ever because it was my absolute favorite and every time I would go it was already closed down. Today I finally got to go and was extremely disappointed that my all time favorite burrito the spartan does not come with a jalapeño popper no more and is replaced with sliced canned jalapeños and a fan of cream cheese. Flavor is not the same at all and the tortilla tasted like plastic. Very disappointed

Finally got to eat here! It was just as good as I'd hoped. Definitely the most tender, fall apart brisket in the Basin. The pulled pork was just as fork tender. Wish it had more of a rub or seasoning to it, but thats just personal preference. Whatever it is that they put on their fries needs to be all over everything! I'll definitely be stopping by next time I see them out and about.

The Medusa is the best, im addicted! Jalapeño poppers are spicy and delish. I always recommend Hercules!

Anyone who knows me knows I'm really not a foodie certainly not a barbecue person but the food from Hercules was amazing! First time I've had anything from a barbecue place in Texas that I've actually enjoyed. The eye roll my man had over the sausage speaks for itself, the brisket he says is very tender and flavorful and he is a foodie. The only improvement would be a Kaiser roll for the sandwich. The potato salad thankfully wasn't altered mashed potatoes and the beans were firm and tasty. We highly recommend this food truck and will definitely eat their food again. Definitely 5 stars!

Brisket sandwiches were very good! Moist and flavorful. Very generous portion of meat. $25.00 for 2 large brisket sandwiches, medusa fries and potato salad. Glad we came across this food truck, looking forward to coming back!
