Herbal Nails Spa

I got my nails done with them for the holidays and one peeled off from me cleaning / doing dishes, so when I went back for them to help me fix the nail they didn't charge me and got it done in like 2 minutes! They've always been so nice and I love going here!

Didn't have much variety of power acrylic but they got me in fast and finished fast. I settled but I'm content. Price is a bit higher as expected.

Me and my sister stopped here to get a full set and Pedicure. The staff was nice and my nail tech was pretty friendly and thorough. My Pedi was great but I honestly wish I had paid the extra $15 for gel. And my sister liked her full set as well. I will see them again for my future nail and possibly waxing services.

I am not a high maintenance girl with nails, but look for the basic and a job well done. Gabby is who I go to, and she is always great. I have brought my young daughter in with me multiple times, and when I don't, she asks about her. I have remained loyal to them within the last year and will continue going here while we live in El Paso. I am always satisfied

Herbal Nails is a great place. You can tell by the volume of customers and yet they don't short change your experience. They take their time and did a great job. Trish looked a little intimidating with her hair, tattoos and piercings but holy cow!!! She's a total sweetheart She reshaped my nails to match my hands and left me feeling great. I wish I lived closer to this place... but maybe it's worth the drive.

Normally I wouldn't say anything but these wretched people will talk about u in Vietnamese. The tall one who did my nails, made a very rude comment because I didn't pick a nail color. My understanding was u tell them they get it. He tells this to the owner and both start laughing. The lady next to me bought the same pedi as me & yet her tech went all out & this guy didn't. Not impressed with them at all. Now I know why I stayed away from here so long. They change techs on a regular so I'd give them one more try before I drive to the other side of town. Geez...the last time I was there a lady went off on him and I actually sympathized with him but now, NO! No tip for him.

I went in to get American nails w Acrylics and Paul seemed confused at first time but he was really serious and explained how he was going to do it step by step since he's never done american nails before. And the result came out amazing! He was keep asking me if I like the shape, length, and the shades. I love how all sides are filled in, great shapes for all nails, and lastly how he didn't leave any acrylic chunk remains on inner side of nail(iykyk). He was amazing with details and worked rly hard. I'd definitely come back for him

Bear nails ever I ever got done this was my Summer nails and they did so good so did my xv nails in there to and the vibe of the salon was so good and I like that you feel like home In there.

This place left lots to desire. I came here because of the yelp reviews, but unfortunately, my tech Ena did not feel confident or competent enough to do a full set on me. I explained to the nail technician I had to thin nail beds, but that's never kept me from getting a full set before she and instead of trying to offer another method or even a manicure she let me go with left over product on my nails. Do not recommend this place at all!!!

I love getting my nails done by po!!! always great quality!!! I would recommend po for anything you may want done!
