I went to Herb N Legend 2 days ago and bought an esco bar, pink lemonade. The first day it was working fine & later on started to taste burnt out... without me even hitting it various amounts of times. I came up to the shop today to see if I could exchange it for one that wasn't burnt but was told that "there are no exchanges nor discounts for vapes that have been faulty". This is the second time I've gotten a vape here & both times have had issues.

Showed up after work at 6 pm.store said closed for 15 minutes..I watched 5 cars pull in and leave.3 more cars showed up and waited with me.25%off coupon popped up on Yelp check in....girl working said we don't accept those...I showed her the address which was correct on the coupon..she shrugged her shoulders and said they no longer redeem them...waited for her to assist two more customers....I show her a vape pen to see if their cartridges will fit...lady says I don't know if this will fit what you are holding...35 min later...gave up and left with no purchase...dissapointed the worker was not knowledgeable of the merchandise she was selling to consumers...will visit vapelocity next...I'm sure they will know what size is what that they sell to their customers...btw a second worker was there blowing glass while customers waited to be assisted by only one other person..woulda been nice if customers were priority..must not need my business so I will take it elsewhere...

Went to Herb N Legend on Zaragoza to purchase a small hookah, got home realized it was missing a part. I go back I tell the guy that there's a missing part and he insists its not missing, not only that but his voice was like a " you're and idiot" tone. I show him, and YES he realizes that the part was missing. He blames it on someone else, obviously. Not only that, but I had to clean a small part of the hookah because it had mold, I showed him and he laughs. He laughs!!! I am amazed. I'm annoyed. And they don't take returns or exchange even if your hookah has mold. My fault for not checking it though. I've been there before and the other guy who works there is so nice, and yes they have descent prices on shisha but that whole situation was such a bummer.

I only gave it two stars because it doesn't let me keep it without any. So a while back I went with a friend of mine because he wanted to buy some papers and a pipe. and I had forgotten my ID ( I didn't think I needed it since I was just tagging along) and the guy started raising his voice telling me to get the hell out. because I didn't have my ID. So I had to go wait outside while my friend bought his stuff. Never in my life had I been humiliated in such way. I was told about this place about three days ago. and I realized it was this place. Due to my embarrassing experience I won't return. I don't recommend this place at all.

Really awful place with poor customer service. I bought three Ooze brand batteries from this place. They all broke. Thinking it was the quality of the battery by the third one, I bought the most expensive model. It broke and refused to recharge after one life cycle. When I took it to the shop, they refused to refund/replace it. Additionally, they give you advice that directly contravenes the website's instructions. From the Ooze battery website: "*USB Chargers must be used with Wall Plugs that are designed for USB Ports. Gaming devices, computers, and other electronics are not covered under warranty. " At the store, they tell you to only charge it using a gaming console, pc, or other non Wall Plug device USB port. Funny how they give bad advice and then refuse to replace your purchases after they break from following said advice. Bad store. Bad employees. Bad business. Avoid at all costs.

Not a bad place aside from the fact that the employees do not accept the coupon from checking in on yelp! They look at you all crazy when you show them. They say they gotta ask the " boss lady " and never do. Smh just lazy
