I've been collecting Hello Kitty plushies, toys, stickers and more since I was around 5 years old. I still do it from time to time but not as often as before. I get busy with life and other grownup things so there's that. I've been wanting to visit their cafe/food truck for a few years now. I always had to work or something else would come up when they were in town. I finally got to visit and I'm so glad that I did! There's only two HK food trucks in the U.S. that travel around to different cities! The food truck was going to be at Cielo Vista Mall from 10 am to 7 pm or until supplies lasted. I saw that they sold out of everything at 5 pm on social media. I got to the mall at 10 am. By the time I got there, there was already a huge line! I waited around three hours for my turn! Do I regret it? I'm not going to lie, I thought about leaving a few times because it was hot and I was getting tired of standing around. I'm glad I stuck it out, though. I got to purchase some pins, a keychain and cookies. They unfortunately sold out of plushies, bottled water and a couple of other items when it was my turn. I got a pink tote bag for free because I spent $30 or more. It would be really nice if the truck was somehow parked inside of the mall or there was a little bit more shade. I see that they sometimes park indoors when they go to other cities. I also expected them to sell cupcakes and lemonade but they didn't. The bottled water was already sold out. Would I do this again? Maybe! I'd probably go much earlier than I did. I didn't know it was going to be this packed! The customer service was good, too. It would add a nice touch if they passed out water to those standing in line. I doubt that would ever happen! Lol. If I come back, I'll remember to bring some. Overall, a pretty good experience aside from the 3-hour wait!
