What a wonderful surprise inside the store. So many fresh plants that smell so good. The help and care for plants was great. I bought two mermaid tail cactus plants one for me and one for my mother. I had to send it personally thru Fed Ex which was next door. I think a plant is far better because it will last longer. The mermaid tail cactus is rare and hard to find thru a flower delivery service. I say stop by and be surprised by the treasures. I wish I could post a picture so you could see it for yourself. Five Stars! Most definately.

I needed two Easter gifts for gal pals and I did not want to give a $25 chocolate bunny. I came in here not knowing exactly what I wanted, but they had beautiful spring flowering plants. I picked out two and they placed them inside really nice pots, added moss and a ribbon. These were a big hit because there were zero calories and loaded with great eye appeal. The folks here were busy filling orders but they took my walk in order promptly.

For at least 10 years I've turned to Heaven Sent Florists whenever I've had a family, friend or colleague pass. I use the online portal and I'm always impressed at their fast turnaround time and consistent quality. I've ordered flowers for funeral services on the day of the event and in less than three hours I've gotten the email notice that the flowers were delivered! When I go to the service, my flowers are always placed prominently because their arrangements are impeccable. If flowers are substituted, it's never for a lower quality flower which I greatly appreciate. F. Thank you for your great work over the years. I can always count on you to help me send a little bit of love to the people I care about.

I don't think I'll be using this place again. I tried ordering online so I could pick up the arrangement myself, but the website kept charging me the delivery fee, so I had to call. I called the shop and a man answered and asked if I could hold, so i guess he put the phone down and had a long conversation with someone at the shop. He finally took my call and I specifically told him what I wanted, the name of the arrangement and the size the time and date. He took my information down, name, phone arrangement type, and told me they closed at 3 on Saturday. Ok, so I told him I would be at the shop by 2. I walk in to the store today (Saturday) at exactly 2 pm and the man, I'm assuming is the same one who took my order because he has the exact voice, asks what he can do for me. So, I proceed to tell him my name, and the name of the arrangement. He looks a little puzzled. Literally runs to his computer, and asks again what the name of the arrangement is. I'm thinking either they're super busy (which it didn't seem like it) or he somehow forgot. He runs back to the front desk and says, give me 5 minutes and I'll have it ready. Really?!? So I seen him making the arrangement. Finally after about 5/7 minutes he brings the arrangement over. NOT the size I asked but the small. I didn't want to say anything because I just wanted to leave. He did apologize for not having the arrangement and charged me for the small one. Lastly, I asked if he could pour out the water because I was going to take it inside the car and I didn't want it to spill. He sort of refused because he said the roses need water... I KNOW flowers need water but during the car ride, it was going to spill. I told him it was fine, that it didn't matter if they didn't have water, but he still argued and said, well, I'll pour out a little water. He practically didn't pour any of it out, so I thanked him, left and poured out all the water in the parking lot. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I would never go back to them. I did note the same arrangement was cheaper here than in other flower shops, and still had good quality. The quality is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars.

Great service and experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had many options for any occasion. Delivery service was excellent and the facility felt welcoming. The flowers were fresh and perfectly selected.

I use these guys all the time to send flowers to my mom in El Paso. She is always blown away by the flowers she gets (though honestly I never get to see them as I am out of town). I used to use other national chains, but these flowers seem to have a better impact on her and don't require her to arrange the display. They are fairly priced and arrive when they are supposed to.

I have used this flower shop in the past. And arrangements have been of top quality. I ordered an arrangement for my brothers funeral. The arrangement ordered was not close to what the funeral home received, It seems like if I had gone to some random flower shop and bought just whatever was available. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Absolutely abysmal experience, and even worse customer service! The arrangement ordered was for the funeral of a loved one. The original delivery was scheduled for a Monday at the funeral home however Heaven Sent Florist was "unable to deliver". After contacting the funeral home and the florist, the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home 2 days later and 2 hours PAST the service at the cemetery. Upon contacting the florist again AFTER the funeral, the manager was horrendously rude, took zero responsibility, blamed the funeral home and then even became irate with us, the bereaved customers on the day of the funeral. She effectively yelled at us on the phone telling us that they couldn't redeliver to our house today because "they have other customers". When we explained that they had already FAILED to deliver on Monday and then again FAILED to deliver in time for the funeral at 130pm, the manager yelled and said "fine you want us to deliver them at 8pm, we will deliver them at 8pm!" As promised the arrangement was delivered at 820pm, the delivery person said absolutely nothing, not sorry for the inconvenience, not sorry for the delay...nothing. So thank you Heaven Sent Florist for making a terrible day even worse with your ungodly terrible service, and thank you even more to the manager who was absolutely disrespectful and disgraceful to someone who had just lost a loved one.

When we lived in El Paso, Heaven Sent was our go to florist. We have moved to Italy, California and now Virginia and we continue to only use them! They're affordable, friendly, accommodating and home grown. Thank you Heaven sent for always taking care of us.
