Im tilted back in this picture before color on my toes
Must express. I'm satisfied. Getting ready for a graduation last minute color change. They open at 8 a.m. talk about life saver.
Sign at entrance from George dieter
Massage chairs look comfy and clean. I wish I can wait there instead.
Thanks Nancy
I went to Heaven nails and spa for a pedi....supposedly the kid told the owner he spent over 30 min on my ft....while soaking my ft in cold
Awful Gel job.. popped up in two and three days..
Man cut off all my nails aggressively.
Bottom right corner is what I wanted. The rest of the pics are the mess that Nancy did. Horrible.

I went as a walk-in with my husband and we both got the mint pedicures which were sooo nice! Our legs were massaged and they used hot towels and hot stones on our legs and feet. My feet are silky smooth and callous free!I also got a manicure I think it's like an ombré from nude to white with acrylic tips and gel polish. I am in love with my nails they look exactly how I wanted them to.Not the cheapest mani pedis but I felt like they were definitely worth the cost.

The Asian owner is extremely RUDE and non-professional. I called and made an appointment. I walked in, put my feet in the water for my pedicure. I decided to change colors and the owner BLEW A TANTRUM! He PUT me out the shop with my feet wet. They hadn't started the pedicure but he had a hair up his ass about something or maybe it was my race. I've never had a business owner become so un-hinged over a simple request to change a color before any polish was done. Also, most of the polish is thick and old, so this makes one have "thick" gel nails. This place is toxic because it appears from the past reviews these folks are not happy or customer centric.I do business at the UPS store next door and the adore me. The workers bring my packages to my car so nit sure why this owner flipped out on meRun for the hills....

Definitely needed a pedi/mani and I decided on Heaven Nails and Spa after reading all the great reviews. I called in first to see how long the wait was, and the friendly lady on the phone told me there was no wait to come on in. I arrived at 4pm and she already knew I was the one who called. She told me to sit for a bit while she finished up on the customer she was working on. I wait maybe three minutes or so and she calls me over. She did a great job on my gel manicure which took about 25 minutes. I then proceed to the pedicure chair and sit and wait. And wait. And wait. I waited about 20 minutes until finally I got my pedi started. I got the "regular" pedicure which is the basic one for $26. The employee doing my pedi was also friendly and everyone on the pedi chairs were offered mini water bottles by a different employee. It was 6pm by the time I was done. The place was very clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The decor is cute. I paid $30 for my gel mani which I though was overpriced since back home i pay $18 for the same thing. Oh well.

Called ahead for 3 manis. Said to come right in, no wait. Got there, there were 4 techs, all busy. And people therw werw going to get pedis as well. So he knew there would be a wait. Waited for over 30 minutes and then saw employees leaving. For anything we asked he said yes yes we help you. Did not really answer any questions. One of the manis was for my mom, whom is disabled. So sitting there waiting was not fun, and quite painful for her, which is why i called ahead. We ended up leaving without any services. Wouldnt give them a chance after that unpleasent experience.

I just got my nails done here today, and I am pretty pleased with the outcome. The only issue I have is that there is glue or some substance all over my cuticles. I've tried to wash it off with soap but, it wont come off, hopefully it will after a shower. Acrylic nails cost $25, I paid an extra $5 because of my shape (coffin).I recommend making an appointment or it else you might have to wait in a long line or be asked to come back later. But, I am definitely coming back!

They told us there was no wait and we would be helped right away. They made us wait over 30mins before we decided to leave. Why not tell us there is a wait?! I would not return there since they have such little considerations for their customers.

I came across this place after the place I was going to go to was "fully booked" even though there was only 1 person at the chair and no one else waiting but it was certainly worth having to go somewhere else. I walked in and was greeted by a very clean bright establishment. I was in a chair not even 2 minutes after walking in. My tech was so sweet and she has a great attitude and beautiful smile. Her service was the best I've ever had and my feet, toes and calves thanked me for finding this spot. She had such a light touch but firm and gave a great massage. Hot stone massage and mint rub were just the right touch. I'll definitely go back just for the hot towels but I wish i had gotten my techs name bcz I'd ask just for her.

Like my fellow Yelper Yolanda B, I also returned from a nine month deployment and was in dire need of TLC for the hands and feet. Nine months of roaming the sand in combat boots and extremely dry weather created the perfect recipe for dry skin. Our friend recommended we try Heaven Nails & Spa to remove those nine months of torture on our feet. Ms.Helen dubbed by me (aka Ms. Heavenly hands) listed the numerous options we could use to pamper ourselves. I requested the Lavender spa treatment ($50) I believe and leaned back in my massage chair for service. Helen was amazing and the water temperature was exactly what I needed after nine long months. Her hands were soft and she began to work those feet and begin the transformation. The spa treatment included hot massage stones, a paraffin dip and a gel packet that turned the water into a Lavender infused gelatinous liquid. As I wiggled my toes in the now jelly-like substance, my senses became alert as the lavender smell reached my nose. Once she started massaging my feet I believe I passed out because when I opened my eyes again she was already applying my nail color. My friend asked me how I liked my hot stone massage and I said, " I think I slept through the entire process". (The girl is Goooooddddd) All in all Helen gets 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot give the same rating on my manicure. After Helen's pedicure, I decided to opt for the Gel manicure and thought the gentleman applying my gel was rushed and a bit sloppy. There seemed to be a slight line and I hate that I suffered as the care I received from Helen was not provided with him. He completed the manicure and Yolanda B and I sat up front waiting for our friend while a vendor supplied sweet drinks to other customers. While pleased at the moment, I must say the $90 tab was a bit much and that did not include the tip. The salon's floor was not clean and I also agree with Yolanda.. it definitely took away from the décor. I am glad I waited to post my review because within 3 days my gel nails were already lifting (pics posted). If I was still in the El Paso area I would have definitely gone back to get them fixed. The sloppy manicure combined with the uncleanliness moved this rating to a 3 but I repeat Helen received a "5".I recommend Helen without a Doubt.

I have going there for about 2 yrs minimum. Put up with the rude Asian owner. Went in to get my nails done on Saturday by Sunday the polish started lifting. On Monday it got worst and started lifting on another nail. Went in to change the polish because it seems to be a polish issue. Maybe too old.Anyways I explained to the Asian owner and he wA rude said he was going to charge me $25 for a color change. It hadn't been a day when it started lifting. I was going out of town the next day and needed to get it done. So i paid.Look Amy is nice but they are rude and don't listen. Plus they are way too plain. They don't do nail designs.I would get my nails, pettycure, and wax. I will not be going there again!! I hope the owner enjoys the $25. He lost a customer over it.

WORST PLACE EVER... Stay away... If you have hours to wait, then this is the place to go... They will have you waiting for hours and will tell you that they will take you next when they won't... They are very rude, and are very understaffed... They don't have the courtesy to tell you that you will be waiting for hours. You just end up waiting and waiting. they are not even worth the one star that they are rated.
