Love this place, the owner did an amazing job designing my nails just the way I asked! Very happy with my experience here. They are very thorough and take their time. They book up fast, so it's important to call ahead for an appt.

I went as a walk in and waited about half an hour for someone to become available. They were very busy and seemed to be overbooked as well, from what I overheard. The atmosphere was nice and you could tell that the employees had established relationships with their clients. This made me want to continue to come back here. I received a pedicure and had an excellent experience. The massage was amazing! The only issue I had was that my gel was still wet. Later in the evening I saw that some of the polish was dull and textured. This is disappointing because I don't have time to return and get it fixed. When you're paying $40 plus tip, you expect it to be done right. I think I will return here but will during a less busy time.

What a dishonor to Hawaii this place was terrible. I walked not busy at all I had gel on my toes and instead of soaking off they proceeded to start file my nails with a drill. He repeatedly burned me, I asked why not soak off and he said that it took too long. Then someone stepped in to help and here he comes with the drill again. I just said it was ok and left. Idk if this is an El Paso thing but people in Hawaii take pride in their work and services and they soak off gel polish. I will never ever go there again. Then they all proceed to talk in their language, mind you, I was not rude at all. The owner tells me to leave, I was already leaving. I don't even think they deserve one star.

Found on Yelp, called last minute for a pedicure and they squeezed me right in. I want to say his nameIs Danny, he is an older Vietnamese man with peppered hair. I have never been given such wonderful attention, he massaged my calves and feet for sooo long ! It was an awesome attentive experience with great conversations. I will be coming back to this salon for now on. I am new to El Paso and am very impressed with their customer service skills, they were all so lovely ! 10/10 would recommend! Amazing affordable pricing as well !

I love going here, they never fail me. Go with Mary or Rose for your nails and they don't disappoint! Always leave satisfied

Customer service is unprofessional, starting with the old man at the front who instructs who will conduct the service. He is rude and has no manners. He talks bad about the clients to the workers in Vietnamese language. Nail Service also doesn't last.I wouldn't give a star but then my review would not be sent.

Have been coming to get their services for 8years and absolutely love them. Atmosphere is great, service is wonderful and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased.

awful place I went for the first time because everyone said they were good my nails were so streaky and lumpy went back for the lady to fixed them she did and they were still awful and they chipped after 2 days a waste of money do not recommend this place too anyone !

Awful! My first time coming to this place and the last. The guy doing my nails couldn't get my nails to glue I didn't say anything because things happen. Then i proceeded to tell him I wanted a color but he couldn't understand me so someone else had to translate no problem there but as soon as he got my nails glued on I saw my pointer finger was not straight I told him and he completed brushed me off and said something to his coworker. The coworker tell me he isn't done yet and I said he doesn't need to be done it just doesn't look right she then agrees with me. Keep in mind I was being respectful the whole time. this guy gets up and throws his instrument and turns off the light and leaves! and I start looking confused his coworker then tells me I have to wait for her. as I'm waiting I tell her it's multiples nails that are not right to just soak them off. she proceeds to do that and after she is done I say thank you and I get up and she says " okay girl sorry we couldn't make you happy". but it wasn't about That. She Question me the whole time like if they are the ones paying for my nails.
