I have given this dealer multiple chances in the past and they blow it every timeI purchased an extended warranty on a f350 dully for $4,000 plus I have a rear axle seal leak that should be covered under this extended warranty I talked to the service manager and he wants to charge me $160 first then submit it then charge me $200 additional if it is covered The warranty does not state if, if, ifMy recommendation is going to a different dealer that really cares about customer service because they clearly don't. He was also rude, snarky and belligerent. Real nice Ford, good job hiring people like this guy!!

Amazing dealership! They professional and courteous. Came in on the spur of the moment with a loose strike plate and they were able to fix it quickly and with no issues. Justin the service manager and the young lady were so great that I immediately felt at ease as I explained my problem; I was especially concerned, since I'm from out of state, that I'd have to pay a bundle but didn't. please see this dealership with all your Ford needs.

Absolutely stellar experience working with Michelle and Bob, the GM on my deal. I'm in the Phoenix metro area and this was the most pleasant, straight forward, no frills car buying experience I've had. I know they are extremely busy with other customers and running operations, but I received the care, diligence, and attention from their team as if I was the only customer on the books! Purely amazing. To top it off, they didn't play any mark-up games despite the demanding market, they went out of their way to assist with a long distance delivery/pick-up, and their financing dept obtained an even better deal for me than USAA. Top notch, if I ever look for another Ford vehicle again, I'll be happy to contact this group.

We were traveling through Silver City while pulling our 5th wheel trailer. We're full-time RVrs so it's our home. When the truck developed a major brake issue service consultant, Ricardo Castanon, went out of his way to take care of us as quickly as possible. He set up the appointment to repair it the very next morning, contacted the warranty company for us, and kept us informed all along the way. Thank you, Ricardo, for taking such good care of us!

I had my oil changed in May of this year (23) and it was noted that I had an oil leak on the top left side of the motor. I talked to the service department (Anna) and told her that I have an extended warranty that I purchased at the time that I bought the truck, which was for 100, 000 miles or until 2025. She said that she didn't have record of it because it was purchased through Lawley Ford. I contacted Lawley Ford and confirmed that this warranty was valid. I have been back to the dealership at least 5 times since then and even talked to Bob Pearcy who said he would personally take care of it. To this day 09/01/23 they have not made any effort to correct the issue and getting any communication from them is impossible which is why I go in every week or so. This a disgrace especially when business' want us to keep money in our community.
