Rick and his wife are amazing, they always help me with spare keys to all my bikes! I had an extremely rare key for some strange reason and they got me! Couldn't ask for a better locksmith, and prices are always affordable.

After recently purchasing a vehicle, we realized we had no admin key for the Ford "My key system". They were quickly able to cut a new key, reprogram our other keys, and reset our door pin in 15 mins. Best prices in town and hands down best customer service.

I have been here two times, today was the second. Each time there is an older lady, I'm guessing a family member of the business owner. The first time I was there for over an hour and the lady had no idea how to cut my key. Then she tried it and the key was all jagged. I had already paid and luckily finally the owner and the son walked in, I showed her the key and right away she knew it was wrong. I thought okay well they probably had to step out. Well today I walk in and surprise surprise same lady there. Of course she couldn't make my key, and of course someone who did was no where to be found. According to her someone wouldn't be back until noon, mind you it was 9:00AM.... umm okay. So what is the point of leaving someone inside a place of business that cannot perform the one thing you're in business for? You are a locksmith, you make keys, that is what you do, right? But yet when I go to your place of business no one there can make me a key.... Why how is that even possible? This place creates a great inconvenience to its clients. I regularly buy cars from auctions and this place is close to the yard, it's too bad I can't use them or will ever attempt to use them for keys again. As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of leaving your business well attended by trained personnel who can handle the business. I too employ my father in law, but I make sure he is sufficiently trained to handle the business while we are not in the office....

I went to get a new key for my Truck and they charged me full price even though Mr. Rick was unable to program it smh i asked for a discount even if it was a military and he said no kind of discount for blown fuse...my fuses are all fine but Karma is B!/(@.

Feel like they gouged me. I needed a transponder key duplicated for my '97 Ford Mustang. They did it for $82. A couple days later, I had to switch out my ignition lock cylinder, so I needed to have two new keys programmed. Instead of programming the new keys that came with the cylinder, they destroyed my original Ford key (didn't give it back) to transfer one chip from it, and another from the new key I had made a couple days prior. Then they charged me an additional $108, for a total of $190 for an hour's worth of work. To put that into perspective, my doctor only charges me $75 for a visit and she went to school for eight years.

first I was locked out of my car so I went to them they were the closest, then I needed a new key for that car because the switch blade snapped off, they have awesome customer service and good prices. I'll be back everytime my keys break up until the car itself breaks and probably even longer.
