Happy Pets Hotel and Dog Training Center

Not the same as the photos posted online. Originally said one hour. Went back in an hour and said it would be another hour. The place is really small, kinda run down, and has a lot of dogs at a time. We have a black terrier and their go to cut for my dog is shaved as short and to shave his face instead of trimming. We had to insist on them not shaving him. I will post photos after I pick him up.

This location met my needs as a last minute doggie day care and the rates are very reasonable. The staff seemed professional. My puppy isnt very socialable with other dogs and they were able to seperate him. The rate was less than $20 for all day. I would use again.

Please DO NOT take your dogs there, get we left our dog there for a WEEK and before she was thic and healthy and when we came back from our trip we to go get her and we went inside to get her there was no one at the front desk at first we knocked about 4-5 times finally someone came out,the place smelled like a sewer. They went to bring honey and at first she looked horrified when we grabbed her,her hair started getting everywhere like if no one touched her or showered her it was so sad to see my pug like this it broke my heart. she had lost A LOT of weight she was so skinny where we can see her ribs. After we went to get her food and she ate A LOT it seemed as if she wasn't getting fed right. NEVER AGAIN!!! (she slept on METAL NO cover) (her nails are red and probably has an infection) (she came back so traumatized)

A rude lady behind the counter had plenty of excuses for rudeness and customer service and threaten me to show pictures of my puppy. After I was just released from the hospital. I had family members to come to the house to feed my pets. The lady behind is looking from the outside in doesn't know the whole story so we'll go ahead and leave it to her assuming and making assumptions. Una señora grosera detrás del mostrador tenía muchas excusas para la mala educación y el servicio al cliente y me amenazó con mostrar fotos de mi cachorro. Después de que me dieron de alta del hospital. Tuve miembros de la familia para venir a la casa para alimentar a mis mascotas. La dama detrás está mirando desde afuera hacia adentro y no conoce toda la historia, así que seguiremos adelante y dejaremos que ella asuma y haga suposiciones.

We dropped our dog off here right before we had a flight. When we walked in, there was no AC in the waiting room, it smelled horribly (like feces), and there was no one at the front. We were never asked for our pet's shot records and were led back through the kennels to a large room where they said they'd keep our dog. There were big dogs in tiny cages throughout. We asked how often our dog would get to be out to play and the answer was 20 mins once a day. We felt so uncomfortable with this that we changed our flight out to go back and get our dog (after only about 10 minutes of him being at Happy Pets). When we went back to the room where he was we found that all the lights were off and he sitting in his cage in the dark. We asked for a refund since he was only there for ten minutes and they refused. Luckily we found a wonderful place called EPK9 near the airport who accepted our dog after a quick "social interview". We had a great vacation knowing our dog was taken care of, in a place that values vaccines and safety for dogs, and let's them play together for hours a day (conformed by video!). Skip Happy Pets and go straight to EPK9 for only a few more dollars a day. You'll rest easier, I promise.

Due to Covid not a lot of choices to drop off pets. I chose this place as the last resource. First impressions of the place is horrible but i took the risk. I will not recommend this place to anyone that cares for their pets. My dogs lost about 7 pounds in less than a week, once I picked them up they were starving and super dehydrated, and also very dirty and muddy. Three days later in my house my little dog still cries for not reason. I'm not really sure what happened to them there. Not a good place for dogs for sure!

I don't normally write reviews but i feel like people should know the truth about this place. We dropped our dog off on Saturday March 16 for boarding! Every single time I would call the man who answered was driving (I could hear his indicators and the wind) every time it was a different story on our dogs conditions! We were suppose to be on vacation and had to cut our vacation short because of the vague explanations of our dogs condition! We came to get our dog and they refused to let us go in the back to get her! She hasn't eaten since Saturday and is in rough shape, filthy covered in urine and feces, sore all over her paws and legs! I would have gotten the same result leaving her in a kennel all week! I don't recommend this place to my worse enemy! They are down right awful! If you love your dog, don't bring them here!

The smell on Monday morning when we went to pick up our dogs was very bad. They bathed them and even when I said it was not necessary at drop off Friday. I will not take my dogs there again, I have a feeling they were filthy and that's why they bathed them.

Took my Shi Tzu Edward for a full package. He came out looking so handsome! Way better prices than those other chain companies!! Great customer service and Edward seemed to like them too!

Abuse of animals, police reports and lost dogs that still arent found says it all. My dog was taken to vet 2 times and was not himself for weeks. What happened to all the bad reviews. Someone deleted them.
