Oh my goodness, please don't take your pet here. They had our dog waiting to be seen for 5 hours and still had not taken care of her when they were closing. We decided to pick her up and she was not seen. They're completely unreliable and have awful customer service. If you want a better experience, go elsewhere. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman said she didn't know who her manager was, which she obviously does know, but didn't want to give us their information. We are still working to find out who the owner is and report their unethical business practices. Plus, they need to know that their staff are acting awful towards customers.

I have to give it 2 stars, even though I have brought my pup here before. I dropped her off on Friday to get a haircut. The staff didn't much listen to my saying I don't want her back area cut too short. But "it's sanitary" they kept saying. I asked not to trim her whiskers, but they did some of them. They nicked the inside of her thigh and the ear, in 2 places. I get accidents happen. It would be nice if they had told me, i would have understood. Hiding injuries from owners is pretty bad. They trimmed ALL the hair in her ears, even though it was clean and not long and was never done before. Now she's itching so badly inside she gave herself wounds in both ears. Their prices are no longer listed on the wall. It cost me $45 for something that used to be about $35. There is absolutely no view into the grooming area. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location.

So disappointed with this location. I took my grandmas dog last week and she came home limping and in pain. After checking her I noticed her nail was completely broken. The next day I took her to the vet. I returned to the grooming location and the owner told me that my dog came in that way and she forgot to tell me. According to her she trimmed the nail that was broken, somehow my dog allowed her to trim a painful broken nail that was hanging off the quick. This seems hard to believe and negligent on her end. This is the second time I use this location and I will no longer be returning! The first time my other dog nails were very sharp and not buffed. Please double check your dogs before and after they enter this place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET(S) HERE!!!!I am not the kind of person to leave reviews. If I rate with -10 stars I ABSOLUTELY would. There's things I just will NOT sit silently about. In NO way did I feel safe about leaving my dog there for grooming. I went to the location on Viscount and I left this alleged "business" deeply concerned for the pets left here safety. - First I called ahead of time for a quote and to book an appointment. I was told that they were not very busy open for walk ins and was quoted between $55-$85 for the full grooming package including trim, shampoo, nails, perfume, bandana, ear cleaning, anal gland cleaning, blow dry and brush as seen on their website. I thought no problem I'll give them a shot. About an hour later I arrived with my dog. - When I arrived I was greeted by a woman that only spoke Spanish. I don't speak much Spanish, so she went to the back to get her daughter to translate for us. When the daughter came out she kept asking what I wanted. I told her I wanted the full grooming package. She translated to the woman the woman relied and the daughter asked me again, "What do you want?" I was confused because I assumed this business would know more about this package due to them offering it online. I looked around the room to maybe point to the package I wanted but there are NO prices and NOTHING showing what they offer in pet grooming services. I kept saying "I want the full grooming package. The one that includes everything. These nail trim, the shampoo, the ear cleaning.... everything." They were just looking at me with such confusion. Like it just didn't make sense to them. They weren't giving me any information on their services they weren't asking for important information like owner's name, dogs name, what they're gonna do to my dog. Nothing. - The woman then said something to the daughter then the daughter translated to me what kind of trim do I want. "A little or medium?" I was little confused by that but I basically understood what they were asking. I said, "Medium." I was STILL going to give them a chance even after my short yet frustrating visit. Until this. After I replied with "medium" the woman, without giving me a single bit of ACTUAL information, decided to snatch the leash right out of my hand. As you can see based off this short conversation, that started and ended no where, not a single person would or should feel comfortable leaving their pet there. These things put together is representation of how there treating our pets. - After, she was holding my dog's leash in her hand she was ready to take him to the back room where you can't see anything but tiny kennels that my full grown husky is NOT going to fit in for an unknown amount of time. I wasn't going to let her walk away with my dog without telling me anything about it. I kept asking how long would it take and what they're gonna do. It seemed like the daughter just gave up on translating cause I was looking at her as I was asking about the estimated time and she just stared at me. The woman broke the silence by telling the girl to tell me to come back Monday. I took my dog's leash out of her hand and bolted. - I couldn't understand why that was such a weird exchange. How is it I left with less information then I went in with? When I got home I looked again at the reviews Google says 4.1 stars, which is why I was going to try them, but on Yelp 1.5 stars which definitely holds up from that brief and concerning interaction i had with the employees. After reading those reviews everything made much more sense. They don't give information because they keep things secretive. They don't ask about shots because safety isn't a concern. They don't show prices because it's based off of how they feel. They cut the animals and don't let the owners know. Other people have quit because they couldn't be apart of the way this business operates. Guys I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. For the pet's safety.

If I can give this place zero stars I would! They cut my digs hair so short and on top of that my dog came home so sad and depressed. Took him to the vet turns out they pulled his back legs so hard that they hurt his spine and now he is on medication. It's just unbelievable that they can do that to innocent animals! Horrible place! Don't bring your dogs there or unless you want to end up at the vet like I did!!
