I have two kids crying behind me in the backseat of my car because NOBODY was there at the front desk. After 15 minutes of upset kids, we left. What kind of operation doesn't have somebody at the front desk!?

I made the mistake of signing a contract with Gymnastics Elite, owned by Debra Valverde. Even through the Covid and shut-down, they charged my credit card account for monthly tuition, although they weren't open. I had to contact them twice to get refunds. When our Governor reopened gyms, Gymnastics Elite refused my refund requests. While I assume they have the legal right to do this (thanks Governor Abbott), I'm not willing to send my kid to a gym, despite our Governor's belief that it's safe. So here I am, paying $139 a month for nothing and nothing I can do about it.Gymnastics Elite is probably doomed. Although they can stay afloat for a while by charging all the people, like me, on contract, either they're going to close down due to eventual lack of revenue, or they're going to lose a lot of disgusted customers, me among them.

Only day one and already I'm impressed. Coach was really nice. Today's class was small (4 kids) the classes are an hour long. They offer both a month to month and contracted option. There are day camps available as well (not included in tuition) the school also has teams and competes in competitions that the children are allowed to join after 9 months of training. I can't wait for my baby to join a team :). If you're looking for a great gymnastics coaches and equipment than you have to check out gymnastics elite !

Gymnastics Elite on 12115 Rojas Drive has been the worst experience during this pandemic I have seen. They did not allow me to cancel back in March of 2020 when I lost my job due to Covid and they extended me instead of cancelling. They finally let me cancel in June but they wanted a cancellation fee of 300 dollars. My little girl has been going there for more than a year. We just signed her up again and the covid hit. She is scared to get the disease but Gymnastics Elite did not care. No matter who I talked to. I have paid everything that is due and cleared my account but I would not recommend this gym to anyone. There are way to many kids with not enough coaches paying attention. They did not take this covid pandemic with any heart. Refusing to wave any fees. Please do not take your kid there or sign any contracts. They really don't give a shit. I've listed the best gymnastics facility on the East Side below. I have also called them. Once this pandemic is done I will be enrolling my little girl to the following gym. Infinity Gymnastics Club - 20 Reviews and they are all 5 Stars1401 Pendale Rd #200 - Phone Number 915-594-7223

Extremely upset. This is now 2 seasons in a row. I don't want to blast this gym because they do a great job with one of my daughters, but blew it again with my other one. We might pull both girls outta of this gym. Stay on top of this gym and its on goings. We did and still were let down.

Review for Rollie Polly and Jumping Beans classes only: Great staff. Classes are appropriate for their age and they allow make-up classes which I love because we travel often. One guardian allowed with child for the baby classes. Obstacle courses for kiddie classes are always changing in order to keep the little ones engaged in the class. Updates regarding progress are also given by coaches. Classes are a bit pricey but worth the cost overall.

My 18 month old started tumbling here, the last few weeks have been great! She, like most kids her age, started and was very confused and even nervous, but the coaches have been wonderful and encouraging. Her last class was sheer excitement! They have plenty of seating for parents/family to sit outside and watch and even tv with kid shows playing. For the 18 month - 3 year it's parent involved. Her class isn't too crowded which is great. Prices are very reasonable.

They ask for deposit 100(not refundable), enrollment fee 45 ish(charge every year, don't know why, wish they could clean the property with that money at least), and not cheap monthly tuition(which increases every year or more often, with very short notice)Watch out for their definition for DEPOSIT, basically theu are NOT refundable.

Gymnastics Elite has been part of my life since I was 15 years old. I'm 21 now and I currently coach there, solely based on how good of a facility it was when I was younger. Since then, it has only gotten better! I really admire how everyone makes it a priority to encourage the kids by inspiring them to overcome their fears and to be the best versions of themselves they can be! I had some of the best coaches when I went as a child and now I hope to give other kids that same great experience!

Horrible experience! Kids Night Out was cancelled with no communication. Had to find out when I arrived to drop off my kids. Three weeks later now and nothing has been done to resolve my complaint even though I have reached out several times. They still have my money.
