Gun Central

I recently moved to El Paso from California and wasn't sure if I was able to purchase a firearm at the moment. Gun Central assured me that I could. I just needed to provide them proof of residency. I showed them the documents they requested and then the submitted my information for a back ground check. That was back in 09-29-2023. I took on some work out of state and never heard from them again. It is now 06-29-2024 and I'm back in El Paso. I lost interest in the purchase and requested my money back. Initially gun central refused. Then they said they will charge a restocking fee. I argued how can something be restocked if it never left the shelf? I'm assuming I'm not the only person this has happened to. I'm accusing Gun Central for fraud. Taking advantage of new customers and implementing store policies for monetary gain.

This is a great gun range. Staff is very professional and pleasant to work with. Temperature is good and has adequate amenities. 5 out of 5

Place is a rip off,stay away,my mom tried to get something they charged her before even doing a background check then after 5 days of them claiming it wasn't clear she asked for a refund and they kept $100 of it for a restock fee which is the dumbest shit I ever heard and they failed to mention any of that in the beginning

Bad service Not very friendly they treat you like you are ignorant if you don't no the correct wording like is not bullets is Ammo and so on

Very good service. Fun and good selection of firearms. We were visiting El Paso and decided to come here since it was closer to us. It did not disappoint.

I went today with my grandmother so she can allow me to have a firearm in her household. it's just me and her and I want to protect our house due to many houses being broken in these last few months. these 2 lady's in the front on Friday January 24th around 3pm helped us out tremendously. they convinced my grandmother to allow a firearm in the house. they were such amazing help. I wish I knew their names or give them the spot light they deserve. They talked her through all the benefits and what I could save ourselves from. Amazing experience on my first ever firearm purchase. I would recommend anyone to come here and buy your first or 10th fire arm at Gun Central. everyone there is full of knowledge and own experiences with firearms.

Adrian and Jose great customer service. Came in not knowing much about firearms and asking a bunch of questions Adrian's was super knowledgeable and helped me understand easy. Great place

Emma was very helpful with my 13 yr old daughter in the range. This is our second time and will be coming back a lot more.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from them and recommend looking elsewhere.Wade was particularly unhelpful, opting to lecture me instead of providing the assistance I needed. Based on this experience, I believe this company's customer service is heading towards inevitable failure.I have many connections in law enforcement here in El Paso, and I will be sure to share my negative experience.
